Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company in Bangalore City. Requirements:
1. Proven 2-3 years work experience as a Sales Representative in FMCG or a related role in Bangalore.
2. Strong understanding of the local market dynamics, customer preferences, and competition in Bangalore City.
3. Must have Excellent communication skills in regional language (Kanada) along with English & Hindi.
4. Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and the ability to work independently / as part of a team.
5. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
7. Must have his/her laptop/Desktop, Smart phone+ Two Wheeler.
8. Flexibility to travel within Karnataka to meet with clients as & when required.
9. Ready to travel once in a quarter to HQ in Mumbai.

Who are we looking for?
This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our India / International Business Groups. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.

As we take a leap into the next decade we’re launching 4 new roles that allows our nutritionists to be in leadership positions. As a Zonal Head of East / West / North / South, you will be responsible for the performance and management of all nutritionists within your assigned zone of hospitals. You will be trained and mentored to take on this new role that prepares you to be a manager. You will cultivate your team and be a role-model of excellence and integrity to them.
Responsibilities:
● You will ensure the nutritionists in your zone counsel every child, everyday
● You will build a strong team with the hospitals you work in, and participate in hiring and training as and when necessary
● You will communicate and build a positive relationship with all the doctors within your zone
● You will plan for long-term absenteeism in your assigned zone, making sure no centre is left unattended without a nutritionist
● You will champion technology, are comfortable with and ensure seamless and error-free adoption of the FoodHeals App amongst your nutritionists
● You will ensure that monthly reports, success stories and/or case studies sent by the nutritionist from their hospitals are collated and sent to your line manager as per agreed deadlines
● You are thorough in your understanding of programs across all hospitals in your assigned zone, and ensure smooth functioning as per planned budgets.
● You’ll guide the nutritionists reporting to you, mentor them, help them with tough cases during weekly case calls and document them
● You’ll develop innovative counselling techniques to help through difficult cases
● You’ll assist in research, training and publishing case studies / papers
● This role requires you to travel to all hospitals within the assigned zone and be at the hospitals for 8 hours (9.30am-5:30pm)
● You will continue to assess, counsel and plan diets for pediatric oncology and hematology
patients in the IPD & OPD at the hospital where you are stationed
● You'll support execution of special initiatives as needed
● You’ll share a weekly report on the impact and outcomes of your and your team’s work with the Head Nutritionist
● You’ll be responsible for the performance of the nutritionists in your appointed region
● You will address their concerns and involve the Head Nutritionist whenever necessary
- Growing the team and working closely with onsite sales teams to generate discussions/ opportunities.
- Owning & managing inside sales process and be responsible for achieving lead generation quotas from assigned territories
- Contributing to revenue targets by developing and standardizing inside sales process
- Maintaining and pursuing a daily target of Outbound Calls, Email and follow-ups
- Maintaining Best Practices of CRM & other Sales tools.
- Meeting quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
- Qualifying the leads through quantifiable metrics and setting up client meetings for further closure.
- Doing appropriate research for client mapping, use cases, database building.
- Running various campaigns and learning and developing innovative strategies post each one
- Understanding consumers: Who are our target consumers, what are their needs
- Building relationships with new prospects and nurturing them to the deal level

- Patience and Perseverance is a must. Experience of cold calling, follow-ups is required

Profile Roles and Responsibilities :
A) Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
1. Recruit and train to ensure that there is enough strength to handle the sales projections 15 days in advance
2. Provide training, help, and second voice to the sales advisors to help them achieve their targets
3. Develop rebuttals for the evolving customer queries and train the team members on the same
4. Work with the Training Manager to ensure the success of trainees
B) Set goals and measure/audit performance of each team member
1. Develop sales target for each of the team member and explain them the same with deadlines
2. Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations
3. Conduct daily team hurdles to brief the team on the team and individual targets
4. Motivate team members to meet and exceed targets

Preferred Qualifications

sales cycle and cloud computing market, and a passion for Google Cloud products (G Suite).

● Ability to speak very fluent English and listen to customer requirements
● Ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional/matrixed
environment.
