About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with expertise in data warehouse architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, and building both batch and streaming pipelines. The candidate should also possess advanced proficiency in Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Python, SQL, and Change Data Capture (CDC) methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust data warehouse solutions to support the organization's analytical and reporting needs.

Implement efficient data modeling techniques to optimize performance and scalability of data systems.

Build and manage data lakehouse infrastructure, ensuring reliability, availability, and security of data assets.

Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse and data lakehouse.

Utilize Spark and Databricks to process large-scale datasets efficiently and in real-time.

Implement Kafka for building real-time streaming pipelines and ensure data consistency and reliability.

Design and develop batch pipelines for scheduled data processing tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand data needs, and deliver effective data solutions.

Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in data engineering and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Details

We are looking for candidates for a Business Development profile with hardcore experience in sales, including lead generation and cold calling . with a preference for those from service-based or consulting organizations. Strong communication skills and a result-oriented sales mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying, approaching and setting up meetings with potential corporate clients (B2B) based on a target list of leads;

• Articulate how MGB can be of value to prospective client;

• Calendar qualified meetings between MGB Leadership & prospects;

• Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings

• Responsible for mapping and engaging with key decision makers on the client side to enable further business development opportunities for the MGB Leadership team to pursue

• Document sales activities in a timely manner in sales software. Maintains profiles of all current and

prospective customers

• Reports regularly on lead generation activities, opportunities and reviews progress against forecast and targets with HOD

• Responsible for doing business meetings with clients and closing the leads.

Responsibilities

Designing a user interface (UI)

·      Create responsive, logical, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

·      Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee uniform and unified UI designs throughout the product.

·      For the purpose of efficiently communicating design thoughts and ideas, create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.

Designing for User Experience (UX)

·      To better understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours, conduct user research.

·      To guide design choices, create user personas, user journeys, and empathy maps.

·      To improve the product's overall usability and user experience, iterate and improve user flows.

Interaction Design

·      Define and implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement and delight.

·      Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements and interactions into the product.

Usability Testing

·      Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.

·      Analyze user feedback and iterate designs based on insights obtained from testing.

·      Design Guidelines and Documentation:

·      Create and maintain design guidelines and documentation to ensure design consistency and scalability across the product.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·      Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with product objectives and technical feasibility.

·      Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to product development discussions.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

·      2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products.

·      Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

·      Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and design thinking.

·      Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the platform.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to build, iterate, and improve existing or new processes and functions.

· Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.

· Uphold and promote best practices, design guidelines for security practices.

· Day to day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the connected Salesforce platforms

· Support the continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.

· Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business.

Skills and Qualifications

· At least 2 years of experience with technical implementations

· In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce development and standard features

· Advanced experience with Salesforce.com configurations

· Should be aware about the best practices and governance limits.

· Leverage recommended frameworks.

· Knowledge in SFDC database with SOQL & SOSL

· Strong Salesforce development experience including working knowledge and ability to code in APEX (classes, triggers, batch processes and web services, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and Force.com.

· Good understanding of Java Scripts and Cascading Style Sheets.

· Should have exposure to lightning aura components.

· Hands-on experience on REST and BULK API’s

· Good understanding of sales business process

· Should be able to understand the issue in live project and identify the RCA.

· Ability to analyse business processes/requirement and suggest the best possible solution.

Preferred Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

1.Make 20 Calls each day to filter and qualify leads as per the program suitability

2.Conduct min of 18 zoom meetings/walk-ins each week for qualified and interested candidates

3.Conduct minimum of 10 assessments each week against the shortlisted and thereby interested for enrolment candidates alone

4.Facilitate the entry level assessment and result discussions with the concerned as instructed by the reporting head
5.Bring in 3 closures each week of meticulously either full sale value or of part payments

6.Exhibit effective client relations and bring in passive income by creating referral database

7.Conduct in person meetings with walk-ins client as assigned

8.Maintain up-to-date MIS reporting (call logs, sales summary sheet, target tracker & Selection list Superr’30). And adapt to any new addition to the list.
9.Ensure 20 closures of 100 qualified leads assigned in a month
10.Attend all weekly review meetings and come prepared with the sales review summary report
11.Liaison efficiently with back-end operations for hassle free client handling and ensure client is informed with no discrepancy of his best chances and impact of our services

12.Attend all training programs as and when requested by the reporting head

13.Facilitate new joiner training programs as instructed by the head.

14.Participate in marketing initiatives as and when required.
