Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager – Supply Chain to drive technology-led improvements across our end-to-end supply chain ecosystem. The role will focus on building and optimizing products that enable efficient order fulfillment, inventory visibility, warehouse operations, and logistics orchestration across multiple channels including D2C, marketplaces, and retail.

You will work closely with operations, logistics, warehouse teams, engineering, and data teams to design scalable solutions that improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for supply chain systems including OMS, WMS, and logistics integrations.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and build tech-enabled solutions to improve fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Work with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to translate operational challenges into scalable product features.
• Define product requirements, PRDs, and user stories for supply chain tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and system integrations.
• Drive initiatives around inventory planning, demand forecasting, dispatch optimization, and last-mile delivery tracking.
• Monitor product performance using data dashboards and operational KPIs such as order SLA, inventory turnover, fill rate, and logistics costs.
• Integrate and optimize third-party logistics partners, warehouse systems, and marketplace supply chain flows.
• Continuously improve internal systems to support scalability as the business grows across channels and geographies.

Required Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain Tech, or Operations Product roles.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Experience working with OMS, WMS, ERP systems, or logistics platforms.
• Ability to translate operational problems into product solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

This Social Media Executive is suited for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to get a first-hand experience in various things that happen in a new organization. A candidate that doesn’t mind about living any challenging experience by owning it to self.

Candidate will be given responsibilities of supporting (including but not limited to) social media strategy planning, online advertising, promotions, & Ad-Campaigns. He/she will monitor and create aggressive marketing on Instagram & Facebook and create engaging content for blogs, forums and other social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, Pinterest, etc.

He/she will optimize our website, blogs and social media content for maximum reach and impact (e.g. SEO/SEM) by using keyword analysis and cost/benefit analysis. They will develop a content calendar on a weekly and monthly basis.
