Job Title : Lead Web App Developer – Frontend

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to build and maintain responsive, cloud-based web applications. This role involves developing efficient user interfaces using React.js, collaborating closely with UX and backend teams, and ensuring high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Create and maintain web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaboration: Work with UX designers to deliver excellent user experiences and ensure seamless backend integration.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while staying updated with modern practices.
• Build & Deployment: Manage build pipelines with Jenkins, deploy to CDNs, and leverage GCP for scalable solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Implement JavaScript frameworks and libraries for web analytics and use Git for version control.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js frameworks.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to RDBMS and SQL (preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of developers.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science or related fields.

Notice Period: 30 days preferred

Interview Process:

1. Technical Round: Online technical assessment (1 hour).
2. Face-to-Face Interview: In-person interview with the team at the Bengaluru office (3 hours).
3. Final Round: Online interview with the CEO (30 minutes).

Additional Information:

• Candidates from Bengaluru or willing to relocate are preferred.
• F2F interview attendance on a weekday is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients (leads) using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
• Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling to connect with decision-makers.
• Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and determine if they are a good fit for our solution.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule product demos and meetings for senior Account Executives.
• Pipeline Management: diligently update and maintain lead activities in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Learning: Develop a deep understanding of our product, the market, and the competitive landscape.

🎓 What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development. (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. You should be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to C-level executives.
• Grit & Resilience: Sales is about persistence. You should be able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Coachability: A hunger to learn and the ability to implement feedback quickly.
• Tech-Savviness: Comfortable working with software, CRMs, and productivity tools.

• Work on a disruptive product that’s still in its early stages
• Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the CreatorStack mobile app aimed at iOS and Android
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

Technical Leader reporting to the CTO/CEO. Your responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Architecting, Designing and Developing Software Programmes based on requirements provided
2. Designing and Developing with a high quality of code that is modular, scalable and re-usable at all times
3. Promote SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) to ensure all of the services are Highly-Available and Fault Tolerant at all times
4. Communicate effectively the system requirements to other software development teams
5. Involve pro-actively with client and their requirements
6. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
7. Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
