UI Designer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Stack Web Development Trainer to deliver high-quality, hands-on training to students and professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and capable of training learners in both frontend and backend technologies while also contributing to live development projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Developing system components throughout all phases of the product lifecycle·        
• Own, improve, maintain, and enhance the code of a desktop client application with a native look and feel for Windows, one of the primary access points for users to Egnyte’s cloud-based connect solution
• Influence architecture, features, and implementation of our product·    
• Collaborate with other developers, product owners, and QA in bringing releases in a SaaS delivery model

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Leading a team of developers and QA (team size: 4+) with a full focus on productivity and business delivery
• Taking full responsibility for the new code from the design phase to running it in production (high-scale usage)
• Strong C++ programming (C++14 standard) and debugging skills and design patterns knowledge
• Experience with STL, boost, or WIN32 API·      
• Experience in the development of multi-threaded and multi-process applications·        
• Practice in unit tests development and continuous integration and hands-on experience with REST APIs and Git

We are looking for a smart and knowledgeable legal intern with moot court experience and understanding of law and regulations in the technical domain. 

Skills Required

• Enrolled in a Law degree or law major subjects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail with previous work experience in an office environment.
• Legal Experience in handling civil and corporate cases. 
• Creative, independent, multi-tasker, hard-working, well organized and a team player.
• Understanding of the laws and regulations in technology space.
• A self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude, comfortable with constant change & fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, google docs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing the legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Researching on various legal topics, policy framing and legal document structure. 
• Participating in the drafting and negotiation of contracts / contractual clauses
• Timely execution of agreements.
• Maintain and update database of company’s documents, licenses, permits and letters to enable easier reference for tracking systems.
• Assist with internal policy documents.
• Other legal duties and management.

• Manage all quality standards and ensure all the processes laid down are well executed and monitored
• Handle all RBI/Internal Audits
• Handle all customer grievances escalated to RBI
• Coordinate with various teams - Operations, Business, Finance, Treasury, Secretarial, Compliance, IT, Customer Experience, etc.
• Act as the first point of contact for all regulatory & compliance advice to the business
• Revise SOPs periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues

Key Skills Required

• Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with 7+ years of Audit and Compliance experience in the retail and institutional Lending domain
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory norms for Lending
• Should have strong communication (verbal written) presentation skills
• Should possess strong networking relationship building skills
• MIS & Analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal/ conflict management/ negotiation and feedback providing skills

• 5+ years of working experience in the technologies like Angular6 or higher, NodeJS & MySQL, AWS Cloud Services
• Strong Hands-on with any Enterprise Programming Language (Python/.Net) in past
• Experience with architecting, designing, and debugging MEAN, full-stack based enterprise software
• Should have expertise in designing relational database tables & writing SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and Functions.
• Ability to handle small teams and mentor them.
• Ability to analyze, design, and build object-oriented, component-based applications.
• Extensive experience in the design, planning, and implementation of complex large-scale enterprise solutions using distributed teams within process-oriented organizations.
• Experience developing and deploying applications on Linux based operating systems
• Willingness to experiment with new and latest tools and technologies.
• Experience in Banking, Credit Card Payments, and Gateways domain would be an advantage. ·
