Job Title: .NET Developer with Cloud Migration Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with experience in C#, MVC, and ASP.NET to join our team. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with cloud migration projects, particularly in migrating on-premise applications to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain .NET applications using C#, MVC, and ASP.NET
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed
• Work closely with the infrastructure team to migrate on-premise applications to the cloud
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during migration and post-migration phases
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in .NET development and cloud computing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• X+ years of experience in .NET development using C#, MVC, and ASP.NET
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects, preferably with Azure or AWS
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure or AWS certification
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.

2. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services

3. Work with APIs, third-party libraries and Familiarity with MVC, MVVM.

4. Proficient in code versioning tools including Github and Gitlab.

5. Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.

6. Identifying potential problems and resolving application bugs.

7. Fixing application bugs before the final release.

8. Publishing application on App Store.

9. Maintain code quality and Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.

11. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3+ Year of IOS Developer Experience or Created an App Before.
• Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks [UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data]
• Experience with UI/UX Designing, RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Problem solver with good analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Firebase Integration is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in fintech industry considered as plus point.

• Ownership of Backend Systems: Lead the backend development process, aligning it with the company's broader goals. Gain a full understanding of the existing backend infrastructure, especially in the initial phase.
• Roadmap Development: Within the first three months, build a detailed roadmap that addresses backend "must-do" tasks (e.g., major bugs, security vulnerabilities, data leakage prevention) alongside longer-term improvements. Continuously update the roadmap based on strategic directions from board meetings.

2. Strategic Planning and Execution

• Backend Strategy Implementation: Translate high-level strategies into backend tasks, ensuring clarity on how each piece fits into the company's larger goals.
• Sprint and Task Management: Lead the backend sprint planning process, break down tasks into manageable components, and ensure accurate estimations for efficient execution.

3. Team Leadership and Development

• Mentoring and Growth: Lead backend developers, nurturing their growth while ensuring a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement.

• Handling all Devops activities
• Engage with development teams to document and implement best practices for our existing and new products
• Ensure reliability of services by making systems and applications stable
