Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce and CA is mandatory
• 3 to 5 years experience in identifying risk and developing / testing internal controls
• Understanding of risk and controls methodology, including current best practice
• An understanding of Sox compliance / Internal Financial Control Framework would be desirable
• Good project management skills
• Proactive in identifying and resolving problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Your Role

• Should have worked on end to end talent management - hire to retire model Should be able to take us through the employee lifecycle process
•  Should be good at interacting with people and should have done the following: Conduct review and appraisal cycle across teams
•  Look after employees' growth
•  who is ready for promotion, who needs to do something different within the organization, who are the high potentials 
• How to measure performance
•  Benchmarking compensation across companies
•  Attrition planning
•  Succession planning
•  Driving Learning & Development across company
•  Ensuring cultural homogeneity

• Performance Management and its process
• Compensation benchmarking

Onboarding & Induction - Should have done the following:

•  Plan and execute staff welfare programs.
•  Provide a presentation to new joiners about HR policies of the company.
•  Discuss about future planning and expansion of company with employees
•  Organize health awareness programs for employees. 
• Take care of maintaining a good relationship between employee and employer.

Employee Grievance Handling: Should have been involved in the below: 

• Prepare and maintain employee retention policy. 
• Handle and resolve grievances of employees. 
• Resolve problems between employee and employer regarding different issues eg: compensation, processes, policies, etc. Share instances of any difficult issue resolved.

HR Compliances & Organizational Development 

Should have worked closely with other HR stakeholders for the following.

•  Coordinate with HR Ops for registering new employees in EPF, ESI and medical benefits. 
• Check and clear expense reports of employees with HR Ops 
• Responsible for joining and exit interviews. 
• Implementation of new policies according to the system. 
• Alignment of staffing philosophy, strategies, and values with business goals. Maintain a record of all employees data- joiners, leavers Work with auditors for all HR Audit purposes.

What will you do if you join us?

• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure that our company website renders well across multiple devices
• Design a framework for creating user apps that grow with the needs of the company
• Monitor website performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems, and rectify the issues
• Review app and feature coding and plan future website upgrades with the development team
• Assist in the development of applications and features that will be put on the website and in internal functions as well

You should have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of web development experience. Development experience for Mobile screens would be a plus
• Strong knowledge of Javascript. Proficiency in Typescript & React Js would be a plus
• Strong knowledge of web development tools and programming languages

• Previous working experience as a MySQL Developer for at least 3 years
• Identify opportunities for improved performance in SQL operations and implementations
• Oversee the operations of the production and staging environments databases
• Give design recommendations for database functions that meet business operating standards while improving the efficiency of business processes
• Train and mentor junior personnel on best practices

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a database programmer
• Excellent MySQL/PostgreSQL/MS-SQL development skills
• Experience in writing stored views, procedures, triggers etc.
• Excellent knowledge in RDBMS (important features)
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting, and diagnosing
• Solid knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL technologies
• Experience in developing back-ends for enterprise systems
• Knowledge of debugging, performance and optimization techniques
• Experience in RDBMS technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.
• Experience in No SQL technologies like MongoDB, Cassandra etc.
• Knowledge of Caching DB like Redis, Memcached etc.
• Knowledge of Search DB like Solr, Elasticsearch etc.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

• Architecture/design / configure the data ingestion pipeline for data received from 3rd party vendors
• Data loading should be configured with ease/flexibility for adding new data sources & also refresh of the previously loaded data
• Design & implement a consumer graph, that provides an efficient means to query the data via email, phone, and address information (using any one of the fields or combination)
• Expose the consumer graph/search capability for consumption by our middleware APIs, which would be shown in the portal
• Design / review the current client-specific data storage, which is kept as a copy of the consumer master data for easier retrieval/query for subsequent usage
