Job Title: Tender Executive cum Sales Coordinator

Location: IMT, Faridabad

Key Responsibilities:


  • Search, Bid, and Track tenders on government (e.g., GEM, CPPP, E-Procurement) and private procurement portals (e.g., Indiamart ...Etc.)
  • Analyze tender eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with product management, regulatory, legal, and finance teams to prepare tender documents (including product catalogues, certifications, pricing, and compliance).
  • Ensure timely submission of EMD, performance security, and other tender-related instruments.
  • Maintain a calendar of tender deadlines and ensure all documents are submitted before the due date.
  • Handle post-submission activities such as tender clarifications, bid openings, and follow-ups.
  • Sales Coordination:
  • Support the sales team with preparing quotations, sales proposals, and price lists.
  • Coordinate order processing, invoicing, and dispatch schedules with internal teams.
  • Track sales orders, delivery timelines, and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
