Telesales consultant

Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in end-to-end sales, preferably from a service-based company. The ideal candidate should be adept at identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive end-to-end business development and sales activities – from lead generation to deal closure.

2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.

3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and effective communication.

4. Understand client requirements and propose appropriate service-based solutions.

5. Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.

6. Create and present compelling proposals, pitch decks, and pricing strategies.

7. Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.

8. Maintain and update sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools.

9. Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in end-to-end B2B sales/business development.

2. Must have worked exclusively with service-based companies (e.g., IT services, consulting, outsourcing, digital transformation).

3. Strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, account management, and contract negotiation.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

5. Strong understanding of sales metrics and pipeline management.

6. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

7. Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in the Development of JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands-on experience in Relational Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem-solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS.

·       Able to generate LLD documents.

·       Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects.

·       Unit Test and following the coding standards.

·        

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

·       5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5

·       Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

·       Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful webservices implementation.

·       NodeJS experience is value add

·       Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

·       Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

·       One who is proactive and come forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated self-starter. 

·       Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

PHP Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Gathering & Understanding customer requirements.
• Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements.
• Write clean, well structured code with proper abstraction and reusability.
• Work independently and deliver projects under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional programming skills with strong fundamentals in OOPS, MVC and ORM.
• Good knowledge of PHP, Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, zend, Shopify, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JSON and Rest APIs.

• Must have experience in payment gateway, video streaming and image manipulation.

What you need to have:

• Min 5 years of software development experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in a Go programming language
• Strong software development fundamentals (Data structures,  Algorithms, problem-solving,  OO  design,  systems architecture,  and development methods).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask, learn and thrive in a timeline-driven environment
• Good understanding of memory/SQL/NoSQL database concepts (key-value, schemas, indexing, etc)
• Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code
• Translating software requirements into stable, working, high-performance software
• Playing a key role in architectural and design decisions, building toward an efficient microservice distributed architecture

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
• Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns
• Experience with the full site of Go frameworks and tools, including:
• Dependency management tools such as Godep, Sltr, etc.
