Role: Media Business Development Manager (Assistant Manager | Manager)

Location: Noida (1 Manager) | Bangalore (1 Manager) | Mumbai (3 AM & 2 Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sell BXI Barter Marketplace Memberships to brands and agencies across your assigned region

2. Initiate and close media or product barter deals with different brands and SMEs.

3. Understand brand requirements and structure relevant barter solutions accordingly.

4. Prepare compelling sales pitches, proposals, and barter deal contracts.

5. Generate and manage pipeline of leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.

6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers

7. Attend industry events and networking forums to create new business opportunities

8. Nurture key client relationships through consistent after-sales support.

Qualification and Skills:

1. 3-5 years of experience in any form of media sales, barter deals, or advertising sales.

2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business required; MBA preferred.

3. Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

4. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Managing the software Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Translate software product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Write requirements typically as user stories and Mockups
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
• Assess and address technical risks and define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
• Creation and maintenance of proper product documentation to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
• Collaborate with the tech team to create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet market needs
• Act as liaison between Sales, Client Services, Marketing Support, and Technology teams to support customer demand as part of new product development.

Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Product Manager managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Good knowledge of SDLC and Ability to drive the creation and modification of key documents across Zessta
• Moderately technical with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers to understand product issues and drive the team toward resolution.
• Subject matter expert on Competitive analysis and technical challenges
• Strong knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think outside of the box strongly desired.
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.
• Understand best practices and stay informed about the competition.
• Have experience working on hierarchies (Customer, Product, Developers, UI/UX). Work on data unification and standardization.
• Project management skills to understand project plans

Application Integration Engineer -

Key Skills:

·        Knowledge of various Integrations approaches:

o  Native connectors

o  API – schema, design

o  ODBC

o  SFTP files

·        Experience integrating SaaS solutions.

o  Financial applications:

§ Ideally: Oracle NetSuite, Workday Adaptive

• Participate and collaborate with the users, business analyst, quality assurance/quality control analyst in the gathering of user requirements and specifications.
• Analyze technical and business requirements and translate these into basic and detailed technical design.
• Participate and conduct feasibility study, research and development, prototyping and proof of concept (PoC) in implementing new/existing systems, solutions and processes.

Requirement

- 2+ years​ experience on   ​React Native ​ and core principles

- Good to have experience with popular React.js
