1. Writing clean and efficient native Android applications
2. Proven knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
3. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
4. Proven knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
5. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
6. Must have worked on integrating oAuth/JWT
7. Must have worked with Git
8. Understanding of SDLC process
9. Good to have knowledge of Jira

Key Responsibilities:
1. Writing clean and efficient native Android applications
2. Consuming web services/APIs for Android platform
3. Monitoring the performance of live apps and work on optimizing them at the code level
4. Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, rectifying bugs and enhancing application performance
5. Integrating new features into the platform
6. Integrating payment gateways
7. Looking into any bug fixes post go live
8. Helping the junior developers

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer with demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise scale mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and solid execution skills to create native applications for mobile devices.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop native mobile applications for Android
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful web services
• Work with UX Designers, Mobile Architects and other Developers to build enterprise mobile solutions
• Work as part of an agile team on leading edge technologies

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years experience developing applications software
• Excellent working knowledge of an objective oriented language (Java, C++, Objective-C, C#, or similar) - including 2+ years Java
• Android, Android Jetpack, Kotlin, Java, coroutines, MVVM, MVP, Pro-Guard, test cases, unit cases, Agile, Git, App Security
• Demonstrated expertise with the Android SDK
• Experience using RESTful APIs to integrate mobile applications to server side systems.
• Good understanding of software development best practices
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Working knowledge of SCM with strong emphasis on Git and proper Git Flow
• Must reference at least one application you developed that is available today.
• Knowledge of Hybrid technologies like : ReactNative, Ionic will be plus point.

Roles and Responsibilities

To build cross-platform mobile apps for Android, IOS, and Web. This should include making responsive UIs to efficiently query data and also manage states in an optimized manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps. You must have previous experience in Flutter development.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• 2-5 years working as a full-time professional developer (Mobile) and 2 Years in a flutter is must
• Experience building a complex mobile applications, flutter would be advantage
• Good to have if it's on the Play Store/App Store or any other demo
• Willing to work with cross-platform frameworks
• Willing to learn and work on different mobile platforms frameworks when needed.
• Familiar with REST Api's, websockets in mobile integration.
• Working with a version control system (i.e., Git)
• Good communication skills.

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Design and build mobile applications using React Native

• Build native component for iOS (Native experience would be plus) or Android

• Collaborate closely with the Team lead to understanding the requirement and implementation details.

• integration with third-party APIs.

Required Skills:

• 2yrs experience in React-Native based app development is a must.

• Must have published at least 1 major React-Native app

• Knows how to embed React-Native in a native(iOS/Android) component and vice versa

• Strong focus on app performance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 9+ years of software development experience, with 1+ years in a Technical manager role
• Extremely deep understanding of mobile development frameworks and deep experience in cross platform application development such as React, React Native, Meteor
• Experience with iOS  frameworks   -   UIKit,   Core Foundation,   Core  Animation,  Core Graphics,   Autolayout,  AVFoundation,  SceneKit,  GCD etc.
• In depth Understanding of Apple’s recommended design principles, interface guidelines and and best practices for coding
• Experience working with remote data via REST, JSON and Web Services
• Strong foundational knowledge on computer science principles
• Sound Agile planning and Design skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
