As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions,
ensuring statutory compliance (GST/TDS), and preparing accurate financial statements. You will
play a key role in reconciling accounts across our multiple retail and manufacturing units.
Key Responsibilities
●Financial Reporting: Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by
compiling and analyzing account information.
●Statutory Compliance: Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including monthly/annual
filings and reconciliation of GST input books with GSTR-2B.
●Taxation: Manage TDS returns and ensure all statutory payments are made on time.
●Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations,
and inter-branch accounting.
●Finalization: Assist in the finalization of accounts, including Balance Sheet and P&L
preparation.
●ERP Management: Maintain accurate records in the company’s accounting software
(Tally/GoFrugal/SAP) and ensure data integrity.
●Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic reviews.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
●Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), Finance, or
related field. Inter-CA.
●Experience: 5–10 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the FMCG, Food
Industry, or Manufacturing sectors.
●Technical Skills: * Expertise in GST & TDS laws and filing processes.
○Proficiency in Tally Prime or ERP systems (GoFrugal experience is highly valued).
○Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
●Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to meet strict
reporting deadlines.

We're looking for a Full-Stack Tech Lead who can drive the development of our new platform while mentoring a small but capable team. What You'll Do
- Spend 70% of your time designing, building, and reviewing software across frontend, backend, and AI layers
- Guide a small engineering team (30% of your time) and lead from the front
- Translate product and business needs into system designs and execution plans
- Own the delivery of features and infrastructure that can scale to enterprise-grade workloads
- Unblock the team, champion engineering best practices, and build a culture of quality
- Contribute to architectural decisions and introduce new technologies as needed (e. g., queuing, observability, etc. )
- Be a mentor, collaborator, and the go-to person for complex technical decisions
- Advocate and implement AI-first principles in every layer of the product
You Might Be a Fit If You Have
- 6-8 years of experience building and scaling full-stack applications
- Proven track record in early-stage B2B SaaS or platform engineering teams
- Strong command over modern web stacks - ideally Next.js, Nest.js, and Spring Boot
- Comfort working with AWS and hybrid/on-premise infra setups
- Experience or deep interest in building AI-powered user experiences (LangGraph, LLMs, etc.)
- A strong sense of ownership, product thinking, and attention to detail
- Startup mindset: resourceful, fast-moving, and outcome-focused
- Experience with enterprise IT SAAS software (Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Netsuite, etc) is a plus

1 To Generate Market Qualified leads from various sources according to Business Generation Plan and revenue target
Sources: Web Browsing , Directories of association, B2B Portal etc.
2 To Entertain the leads provided by the Marketing department as per the sales manual
3 To do proper suspecting and prospecting of the client and gather basic information before entertaining or presenting any document / communication to client
4 To Identify the Gate Keeper, Key Influencer, Key Decision maker, and blocker for the key Accounts
5 To understand the client requirement and provide the required techno-commercial presentation over a call/ meeting (Persoanl / Virtual)
