Overview
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer (1–2 years of experience) to join our creative team, with a strong focus on marketing and brand identity. This role involves designing impactful creatives for social media, ad campaigns, sales demos, and product labels, ensuring brand consistency while experimenting with fresh ideas.
Location: Bangalore (Onsite) 3rd Floor, Corporate Square, 35, Vanivilas Rd, Kanakapura, Vishweshwarapura, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004
Responsibilities
- Create engaging designs for ads, social media, email campaigns, labels & collaterals
- Support performance marketing campaigns, designing ad variations for A/B testing
- Work with marketing & sales teams to align visuals with campaign goals
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms while adapting to trends
- Contribute to brand strategy with innovative design concepts
- Refine designs based on team feedback and campaign performance
- (Optional) Create short-form videos/motion graphics to boost engagement
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in graphic design (digital-first experience preferred)
- Education: Bachelor’s in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field
Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma/Canva for fast-paced design
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual detail
- Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven goals
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication in English
