About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Associate with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding for niche technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for Full Stack (MERN), AI/ML, and QA Automation roles, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify, source, and shortlist candidates for roles like:
- Full Stack Development (MERN Stack – MongoDB/MySQL, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML)
- QA Automation Engineering (Selenium, Playwright, API Testing, etc.)
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines

Team Leadership:

Required professional and technical expertise:
- Minimum 8 - 12years of experience in recruiting (preferably in IT corporates or Large RPO's)
- Must have worked on niche skills and targeted hiring (headhunting)
- Expertise in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels would be a plus
- Demonstrable experience in partner management and strength to hold difficult conversations with them
