Job Description

1. The candidate will work on building whatsapp as a communication layer for Heyo.

2. The use-cases include building whatapp chatbot for support, helping merchants to send automated communication to their customers and other chat related use-cases

3. Its a hand-on role, so the person should be good in wirting PRDs, interacting with design and engineering teams

4. The candidate should be on top of the updates by whatsapp and should be able to think of use-cases around it

Requirements

1. Have 3-7 years of PM experience

2. Have worked on whatsapp business APIs and built chatbots in the past

We are looking for an experienced QA Test Automation Engineer to be part of our team. Your understanding of functional testing, writing maintainable tests, written and verbal communication skills will be put to the test.

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and execute manual testing activities.
• Manage release from the QA perspective and keep the affected parties informed.
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvements.
• Preparing test cases for unit, integration and end-end testing.
• Plan and manage automation testing strategy for QDC.

• Expertise in ServiceNow Administration & Development
• Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development platform including but not limited to ITSM, CMDB, change management, Problem management, custom development, etc.
• Ability to work on Servicenow enhancement requests in Jira.
• Manages and resolves incidents against ServiceNow applications
• Manages Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
• Performs routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation 
• Leads ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution
• Schedules and verifies instance clones
• Manages Update Set creation and migration
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration.
• Provide Level 2 support on ServiceNow platform for users
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change Management, workflow management, orchestration, Cloud provisioning, etc.
• Perform core configuration tasks such as Add users, group, create workflow activities, configure alerts and notifications View, perform instance branding and customization, Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application
• Experience in Platform Upgrades will be an added advantages
• Knowledge of scripting  ( JAVA ) and APIs would be desired

ROLE

We are looking for talented and passionate User Experience Designers to make our voice driven products easy to use and refined. The designer should be capable of executing an end-to-end design process from user research, competitive study, creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface and prototypes. At each stage, you would be identifying user needs and making sure that the final product delivers on them through a delightful, usable experience.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Apply design thinking, design methods, tools & processes to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes.
• Understand, define and validate solutions via usability testing and consultation with users.
• Iterate, prototype and arrive at comprehensive solutions
• Work closely with engineers to ensure high quality execution.

• 4+ years’ experience in designing for web, Android, and iOS with familiarity of technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for multiple platforms such as desktop and mobile
• Portfolio that demonstrates ability to design engaging and usable user-centered experiences and applications.
• Nimbleness; the ability to turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups quickly in an iterative environment

PREFERRED REQUIREMENT

• Previous experience in health tech products or voice based interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interactions, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process
• Proficiency with mobile and web design patterns and accessibility standards ·
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
• Visual design skills.
• Ability to balance user needs with business strategy.
• Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CS concepts such as Data Structures, Algorithms and Operating systems.
• More than 2 years of experience in a development Team with very good knowledge and hands-on experience using Java technologies.
• Knowledge of Java MVC Framework Spring MVC / Spring Boot.
• Good SQL and NoSQL skills
• Knowledge of/experience developing Web APIs using RESTFUL services.
• Deep expertise in at least one programming language & tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code - preferably Java.

Good to Have

• Strong object-oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces.
• Participation in open source projects.
• Active involvement in solving problems on Github, Stackoverflow and similar other community groups
• Hands on experience on PubSub patterns such as Kafka / RMQ
• Experience with full life cycle development in any programming language on a Linux platform
