Role Overview
The Manager – Talent Acquisition will play a strategic and hands-on role in building a strong talent pipeline aligned with business goals. The role involves close collaboration with business leaders to proactively identify hiring needs, attract and recruit high-quality talent within defined cost and timelines, and continuously improve hiring outcomes through data-driven decision-making and superior candidate experience.
This position is responsible for driving recruitment excellence, optimizing sourcing channels (internal and external), and strengthening employer branding while ensuring compliance, consistency, and efficiency across the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Strategic Workforce Planning
Identify talent needs and translate them into a comprehensive recruitment plan aligned with business priorities.
Ensure hiring plans are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Develop a deep understanding of role requirements, including technical skills, experience, and behavioral competencies required for success.
Stakeholder Partnership
Conduct detailed vacancy intake discussions with hiring managers to align on expectations, hiring strategy, and timelines.
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by sharing market insights, talent availability, and hiring trends.
Continuously evolve recruitment strategies based on changing business needs and market dynamics.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Create and manage hiring plans with clear deliverables, milestones, and formal tracking mechanisms.
Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews in line with role specifications and organizational standards.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to build strong shortlists within consistent timelines.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences to ensure strong role fit.
Talent Pipeline & Sourcing
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, research, and relationship management.
Leverage internal talent pools, referrals, job portals, social media, agencies, and other sourcing channels effectively.
Ensure a continuous pipeline of ready-to-hire talent for critical and future roles.
Process Excellence & Data-Driven Decisions
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
Use data insights to improve hiring efficiency, decision-making, and overall recruitment outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and guide Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure high performance and capability development.
Set clear goals, review performance, and foster a collaborative and high-accountability culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities –
The Recruiter is responsible for executing recruiting regional strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities to ensure business leaders have the talent to successfully achieve business objectives.

Recruiting Delivery
• Execute full life-cycle regional recruiting processes, including the HR-related onboarding of new employees
• Support the client group’s current and future staffing needs within the HR service delivery framework.
• Take part in the execution of outsourcing strategy (if any) appropriate to the regions workforce planning and business needs to source, attract, and hire best talent.
• Utilize various tools and resources to effectively evaluate talent in a variety of methods in order to ensure that the company is selecting highly qualified and engaged professionals to join the organization
• Provide value-add recruiting advice to hiring managers to influence and persuade talent decisions
• Demonstrate understanding of talent needs of hiring managers and job requirements to assess candidate quality, skills and fit to identify the best candidate for a position
• Attract and recruit the highest calibre candidates in a cost effective and time efficient manner
• Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in fulllifecycle recruiting
