Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to

market launch. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and

regional teams, to develop and implement effective product strategies. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in market research, competition analysis, and the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

 Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the CPaaS offerings.

 Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and

market demands.

 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

 Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications.

 Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and

business goals.

 Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and

high quality.

 Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and pain points.

 Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

 Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and improvements.

 Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning,

messaging, and pricing.

 Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure they are well-equipped to sell and

support the CPaaS products.

 Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure product offerings meet regulatory

requirements.

 Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

 Analyze product performance and customer usage data to identify areas for improvement.

 Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on product performance and

strategic initiatives.

 Engage with customers to gather feedback and build relationships.

 Act as a product evangelist, representing the CPaaS products at industry events, conferences,

and customer meetings.

 Provide support and guidance to key customers during product adoption and integration.

• Identify, Collate and translate user requirements.
• Define objectives and goals to be achieved by technical solution.

• Manage and Coordinate with solution provider for setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designed for business process solutions.
• Troubleshoot functionality of configured systems.

• Work as trainer and support directly to user onsite or remotely.
• Act as a bridge between SGRL users and technical solution provider during and after Implementation.

• Arrange technical and commercial negotiations for selected solution.
• Plan deployment of solution including test Plan development and execution.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
• Ensure delivery of documented user requirement with the software provider.

What you’ll do:

• Contribute to all phases of the Software development lifecycle

• Write well-designed testable, efficient code and complex code with Data Structure & Algorithms.

• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications on Java and RestAPI.

• Prepare and produce releases of software component

• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

• A Developer whose job includes writing complex code, testing, and fixing bugs.

• Maintain, design the database and organize collected information.

What you’ll bring:

• 2 year to 5 years of proven hands-on Software Development experience.
