• Prepare graphics for marketing, PR material
• Prepare graphics for in-app announcements
• Is an expert in at least three of these Photoshop, Illustrator, Xd, After effects, Sketch, Figma, Indesign or Canva.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work

Responsibilities:

• Create an amazing look and feel to the awesome wireframes we develop.
• Create Style Guides, Design Documents and Assets.
• Head a small team and groom them to become leaders.
• Achieve consensus and clearly communicate the aesthetics
• Take responsibility for creating the Visuals of key customer experiences and projects, concentrating on end-to-end scenarios and key user tasks.
• The individual should be comfortable working with senior members of the management team and clients in interactive design sessions.

Experience:

• Ideally a design degree
• 6+ years of design experience is preferred.
• Portfolio is must. Portfolio should showcase a good mix of web and mobile applications.
• Capable of defining and implementing design guidelines, and design specs; demonstrate experience with industry/platform standards.
• Prior experience in creating Visually appealing sites and mobile apps.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze an application and transform the design to make it simple and easy to use.
• Able to successfully negotiate a range of projects, from vague to well-defined, simple to complex, implementation to innovation.

Responsibilities

1. Performing research to gather relevant information for the design.
2. Getting a good understanding of the design sensibilities/guidelines and coming up with concepts for the design based on the requirements of the client.
3. Developing creative and attractive illustrations, logos, website designs and other social designs.
4. Using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity Designer (optional), Canva (optional), Sigma (optional) for creating designs.
5. Understanding design guidelines, copywriting rules and typography concepts in order to work with the content given by the content team.
6. Improving designs based on the given feedback.
7. Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
