As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via IVR (inbound calls), chat, and email. This role is performance-driven, with clear KRAs and KPIs focused on resolution speed, ownership, customer satisfaction, and proactive support.

- Ensure accurate ticket creation and categorisation in the CRM for every interaction.
