Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into high-level designs.

- Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code following industry best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and promoting professional growth.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between the app and server.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React Native and mobile app development.

- Work in a 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, six-day office role, maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in React Native development.

- Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.

- Proficiency in integrating APIs and working with backend services.

- Sound knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, and modern web technologies.

- Familiarity with Git version control system and agile development methodologies.

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Lead Engineer - 

Responsibilities:

• Leads a project end-to-end and collaborates across functions. Drives planning, estimation and execution.
• Understands requirements well and comes up with efficient design
• Develops complex, well backed and bug-free products. Estimates accurately.
• Takes well-reasoned tech decisions keeping in mind goals and trade-offs
• Becomes a go-to person in more than one area. Provide technical mentoring to team
• Communicates clearly, gets clarifications and establishes expectations for all parties
• Helps establish SDLC best practices and high standards of code quality
• Demonstrates excellent problem solving & debugging skills
• Proactively identifies and resolves issues in requirements, design and code
• Perform peer code reviews and help us all get better.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in JAVA and Kotlin.
• Should have experience in Reactive programming, Asynchronous programming and Unit Testing.
• Has an ability to quickly learn and contribute in multiple codebase.
• Overcomes roadblocks and requires minimal oversight
• Takes initiatives to fix issues/tech debts before assigned to him/her.
• Able to deep dive into codebase and advise QA of possible regression impact.
• Communicates tech decisions through design docs and tech talks.
• Has delivered projects with end-to-end accountability.
• Keeps track of industry trends and introduces right tech/tools for a given job.
• Excellent understanding of software engineering practices, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms.
• 5+ years of experience in a product-driven organisation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform
• Implement new features while maintaining overall quality of software
• Contribute to a culture of learning by documenting and sharing technical knowledge as a developer on an agile squad
• Participate in developer communities of practice by following best practices, participating in code reviews, and sharing knowledge
• Remain current on relevant technology trends
• Participate in researching and resolving customer issues
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Proficient in native development with Swift and Objective-C
• Experience building interface components and experiences using Swift UI and WebKit and understanding their limitations
• Knowledge and experience working with the MVVM design pattern
• Prior experience with knowledge of Git and GitHub
• Knowledge of iOS back-end services
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guideline
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with security best practices for software development

• Experience in writing code/functions that are Unit-testing ready and scalable.
• Strong knowledge in auto layout concepts.
• Experience developing rich UI using MVVM, RxSwift, Auto Layout, Storyboard, and UI animations.

• Need to be working in a collaborative environment with team members of the organization.
• Keep up the urge to learn and adapt to new technologies throughout the period of employment.
• Understand end-user needs and translate broad business requirements and objectives into technical
requirements, plans, and designs.
• Take up technical problems during the app development life cycle and bring up optimized solutions to the
same.

• Solid programming skills in Java/Kotlin.

• A Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering from a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes)
