● Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates

● Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles

● Screen the candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients

● Recruit senior IT profiles, with a focus on functional expertise

●Communicate with hiring managers in order to understand vacancy requirements fully

● Establish a strategy in order to deliver suitable candidates on time

● Build and develop relationships with both clients and candidates to provide a high level of client and candidate service

● Connect and coordinate with external vendors to support hiring needs

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● 1 year of full life-cycle IT Recruiting Experience, in either an agency or corporate setting

● Familiarity with different selection methods (screening, interviews, assignments)

● Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity

● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies and skills

● Experience in handling multiple vendors.

● Great interpersonal and communication skills

● MBA in human resources or similar relevant field

● Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

● Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate communication with candidates.

● Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings as needed.

● Engage in outreach to passive candidates, understand their career interests, and inform them about open roles.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).

● Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment is a plus.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for end to end process of recruitment with our clients.  Some of the key activities that you will be doing are

• Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement

• Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards , head-hunting and networking  

• Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations    

• Counsel candidates to assist them in taking the right decision

• Understanding candidates’ profile to evaluate role fitment ( Screening & Shortlisting )

• Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers  

• Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process

• Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery

• Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

• Conduct market mapping exercises regularly to assess the talent availability

Experience:

• Should have 1-5 years of experience in recruitment in consulting firms.
