Process Associate(Accounts Receivable)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Should understand the client requirements and specifications of the project and work accordingly.

• Should meet the productivity targets within the stipulated time.

• Timely input of demographic charges and time of service payment information.

• Expert ability to add specific data such as modifiers, payer specific information, including authorization criteria, CPT and ICD-9 code.

• Knowledgeable to append modifiers based on payer specifics, insurance and authorization requirements and referring physicians’ unique attributes.

• Reduce denials by correct use of modifiers, mapping, and linking codes with services.

• Responsible for the processing and discrepancy reconciliation and closing of charge batches across all systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should have 0 to 1 years of experience in Medical Billing.

• Qualification: Any Graduates With strong Analytical Skills

• Strong Written & Oral Communication

• Adequate Knowledge with MS Office Package

• Requires Fluency in typing

Job Description:

CareStack is seeking experienced Virtual Assistants with a minimum of 3 years of Customer Support expertise to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled customer service to our international clientele.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns via voice processing in a professional and efficient manner.

Provide exceptional customer support to our international clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Utilize English proficiency to communicate effectively and clearly with customers.

Use Microsoft Office tools proficiently to document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of service excellence.

Adapt to the graveyard shift (9PM to 6AM Philippine Time) based in Manila or Cebu.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated Customer Support experience.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Proven experience in handling customer inquiries and concerns in a voice processing capacity.

Experience in managing international clients is highly desirable.

Ability and willingness to work on-site in either Manila or Cebu.

Commitment to working the graveyard shift (9PM to 6AM Philippine Time).

• Graduate (Any Discipline)
• Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice
• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
• Analytical skills with customer centric approach
• Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
• Excellent English - Verbal & Written (Highly Professional English)
• Excellent Excel Capabilities as we need to submit monthly SLA reports to clients. (Should be an expert)
