Blockchain Developer

• Proficient in Solidity programming language
• Experience with wallet integrations
• Experience with ethers.js/web3.js
• Experience with Nodejs
• Experience with upgradable contracts, dynamic contracts, and factory contracts
• Design and develop smart contracts and decentralized applications on Ethereum, Polygon and Tron
• Excellent knowledge of various token standards like ERC20, ERC721 and ERC1155
• Write end-to-end unit tests for all smart contracts

• 4-6 years of proven experience as a Full stack engineer
• 2+ years of Blockchain development experience in Hyperledger Fabric, IPFS and development of smart contracts in Golang.
• Good understanding of multiple Blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Quorum, Ethereum etc
• Experience in Java, JavaScript Experience in developing and designing RESTful services and APIs
• Experience in Microservices architecture
• Sound knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes applications
• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech domain is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Blockchain protocols is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile development environment is preferable

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
3. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
4. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
5. Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, use cases, user stories, and requirements specifications.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
7. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings, solicit feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA analysts to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, and recommend adjustments or enhancements as needed.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and process improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
4. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
5. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
7. Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred but not required.

• Working with various departments to coordinate and develop digital CRM solutions including bespoke in-house software
• Writing clean, manageable code and maintaining proper documentation
• Writing smart contract integration in JS using web3 like libraries

• Responsible for building applications using artificial intelligence/machine learning technology, applying latest industrial and academic developments, prefer Kaggle hackathon participant
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks for Production Systems like Tensorflow, Keras (for RPD and neural net architecture evaluation), PyTorch and Xgboost, Caffe, Theono
• Proficient in Deep Learning algorithm techniques like Random Forest, GBM, KNN, SVM, Bayesian, Text Mining techniques, Multilayer Perceptron, Neural Networks – Feedforward, CNN, LSTM’s GRU’s.
• Optimization techniques – Activity regularization (L1 and L2), Adam, Adagrad, Adadelta concepts; Cost Functions in Neural Nets – Contrastive Loss, Hinge Loss, Binary Cross entropy, Categorical Cross entropy; developed applications in KRR, NLP, Speech and Image processing
• Expertise in classical Machine Learning algorithms like Logistic Regression, Decision trees, Clustering (K-means, Hierarchical and Self-organizing Maps), TSNE, PCA, Bayesian models, Time Series ARIMA/ARMA, Recommender Systems - Collaborative Filtering, FPMC, FISM, Fossil etc
