It's a Contractual role for a particular project ongoing in the company, duration will be 1 year or may exceed as per the project requirement, After that the candidate might get opportunity to get permanent role.

4. Salary Range for this role would be -

Candidate having experience of 3 years - 12 to 14 LPA

Candidate having experience of 4 years - 14 to 16 LPA

Candidate having experience of 5 years - 16 to 20 LPA

5. Immediate to 15 days joiner preferred

Education Qualification - B.Tech / M.Tech Only.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Linux Device Driver development

Strong experience with Linux kernel programming & memory management

Experience with Zephyr OS / device driver model (porting bare-metal drivers).

Familiarity with RTOS linux kernel internals and hardware protocols (They mainly use AXI protocol, i2c, spi).

Strong knowledge of PCIe and DMA drivers

Proficiency in C / C++ programming languages

Experience working with hardware interfaces/protocols (AXI, I2C, SPI)

Key Responsibilities:

-Social Media Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and implement social media strategies that align with company goals, driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

-Content Creation & Curation: Research, create, and schedule engaging social media content including posts, banners, and short-form videos to effectively communicate the brand’s message and promote campaigns.

-Community Management: Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships with followers and build brand loyalty.

-Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter to generate leads, boost brand visibility, and achieve targeted KPIs.

-Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and posts, making recommendations for improvement and growth.

The Telesales Person is responsible for generating sales through outbound telephone calls. They will contact potential customers, introduce products or services, and persuade them to make purchases or take desired actions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets.

The primary focus of this role is to achieve the expected sales and revenue targets for the assigned Special Cables Category.

• Should be technically & commercially competent with the industrial wires and cables. Strong knowledge of all types of Special Wires and Cables.
• Achieving targeted sales for B2B business in Special Wires and Cables.
• Candidates with adequate experience and have strong contacts in the following industries such as Military, Marines, Shipbuilding, Oil & Gas, Mining, Coal, Metals etc industry will be preferred.
• Responsibility to handle customer calls and follow-ups, quotation price negotiation, finalizing the quotation, meeting with customers, payment terms and delivery terms till the order execution and payment receipt.
• Continuously work towards identifying new markets, expanding our geographies and segments through focused and continuous business development initiatives and taking appropriate actions.

• Following a script, screenplay or outline.
• Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.
• Inputting graphics to enhance footage.
• Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file.
• Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage.
• Working closely with directors to present a final product that matches the vision.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Training in multimedia and communications.
• Proficiency in editing software programs.
• General understanding of computers and digital equipment and knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology.
• Ability to take and follow directions, while also having a creative eye for improvement.
