Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coach who will be responsible for developing the sales capabilities of our team. You will work closely with sales leadership, L&D teams, and individual contributors to identify performance gaps, deliver personalized coaching, and drive results through improved selling behavior and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage sales coaching programs to improve team performance and productivity.

Job Description:

• Should have knowledge and created forms using Django. Crispy forms is a plus point.
• Must have leadership experience

• Django – at least one senior with deep Django experience. The other 1 or 2 can be mid to senior python or Django

• Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer II (SDE2) to help deliver high visibility and impact features for the ChakraHQ Platform. ChakraHQ Platform is the world's first Omnichannel Process Automation Platform. Technology specialists at ChakraHQ are at the core of the company's decisions and vision. As an SDE2, you will contribute to the design and development of the core technology stack of the ChakraHQ Platform. Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Customer Success you will take ownership to develop features, plugins and custom fixes that will materially impact customer’s and ChakraHQ’s business. You will also be responsible for maintaining a streamlined build and CI/CD system. You will help coordinate the incorporation of upstream features into the ChakraHQ Platform.
