Software Development Engineer (1–3 Years Experience)

Overview

We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Engineer with 1–3 years of core backend experience in .NET / .NET Core or Java (Spring Boot), alongside modern frontend skills in TypeScript. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs while working across the full software stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Build, optimize, and maintain reliable backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET / .NET Core (C#) or Java (Spring Boot).
• Frontend Integration: Develop responsive, clean frontend components using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Engineering Standards: Write clean, testable code, participate in peer code reviews, and maintain unit test coverage.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional team members to implement feature requirements and improve system architecture.
• Performance & Security: Help monitor, debug, and optimize application performance, responsiveness, and data security.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Backend: Strong foundation in C# / .NET (.NET Core) OR Java / Spring Boot, with willingness to work across frameworks as needed.
• Frontend: Proficiency in TypeScript and at least one modern frontend library/framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Core Fundamentals: Solid understanding of REST APIs, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server), and version control (Git).
• Problem-Solving: Good analytical skills and clarity in technical communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases or caching mechanisms (Redis).

Java AWS engineer with experience in building AWS services like Lambda, Batch, SQS, S3, DynamoDB etc. using AWS Java SDK and Cloud formation templates.

Full Stack WordPress Developer with 5-8 years of proven experience in WordPress development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with expertise in API integration, data manipulation, and data visualization. This role will involve building robust WordPress solutions from the ground up, integrating third-party APIs, and creating visually engaging data representations in the admin dashboard.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and frontend components

Implement backend functionality using PHP, MySQL, and other relevant technologies

Integrate third-party APIs and manipulate data to meet project requirements

Design and implement data visualization solutions using charts and graphs in the WordPress admin dashboard

Ensure seamless integration of frontend designs into WordPress

Work with cross-functional teams including project managers and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget

Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and Full Stack development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5-8 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development as a Full Stack Developer

Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL

Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as Bootstrap, React, Vue.js, or Angular

Proven track record of developing custom WordPress themes, plugins, and frontend/backend components

Experience with API integration and data manipulation

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

• 0 to 3 years of experience (or equivalent understanding of software engineering)
• Familiar with Javascript/Typescript and React.js
• Familiar with one backend language (Node, Go, Java, Python) and one relational database (any SQL)
• Willingness and interest in learning new tech/processes (Next.js, Angular, IaaS, etc.)

• Experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript is a must.
• Open source framework experience such as Angular (1.* & 2), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, jQuery, MySQL, and Linux is required.
• Experience in applying modern Agile Software Development practices.
• Experience in development in a CI/CD environment and familiarity with CI/CD tools is required.
• Good interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability is a must, including the ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies quickly.
• Must be able to write technical designs and build documentation for all aspects of technical infrastructure.

Skills and Experience :

• 2-7 years of experience as a Java/J2EE developer.
• 1-3 years of experience with Angular / React is desirable.
• 2-5 years of experience in using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Thorough knowledge of server-side development.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Good understanding of web services (WSDL SOAP, RESTful).
• Hands-on experience in using Application Servers like WebSphere.
• Expertise in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• AI/ML domain knowledge is desirable.
