An ability to design and write test cases and execute it systematically. 7. Very strong written and verbal communication. 8. You should able to debug the issue by yourself at server side by checking logs, or running few white box tests. 9. Your job is not testing the product but making product better and help developers to debug to fix the issue and not just reporting the issue.
