Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll build scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications, work closely with designers and backend developers, and ensure responsive and user-friendly UI/UX across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dynamic, reusable components using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Integrate wireframes and UI/UX designs into functional front-end interfaces
• Ensure cross-browser/platform compatibility and responsive design
• Optimize apps for speed and scalability
• Implement and maintain unit and E2E tests (Jest, Playwright, Puppeteer)
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Maintain code quality and performance standards
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in front-end/UI development
• Strong in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Redux, SASS/LESS, REST APIs
• Familiarity with performance optimization tools
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain frontend components using AEM Sites.

· Integrate AEM with React/Angular for enhanced user interfaces.

· Work with AEM templates, components, dialogs, and client libraries.

· Collaborate with backend AEM developers and designers to implement dynamic and responsive web features.

· Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices.

· Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

· Support AEM content authors with technical implementation and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· Proven experience delivering high-quality web applications.

Mandatory Skills:

· 3+ years of frontend development experience with React.js or Angular.

· 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

· Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

· Experience with AEM client libraries, Sightly (HTL), Sling models, and component development.

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.

· Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

· Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Job Requirements/Responsibilities :

- Participate as a team member in all phases of software development lifecycle.

- Coordinating with the team on individual responsibilities and roadblocks.

- Perform design, development and testing on individual tasks

- Managing initiatives on UI/UX work

- Transparently share the challenges & feedback.

- Participate in integrated testing of product/ package.

- Designing a modern highly responsive web-based enterprise application component user interface.

- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
