• Drive end-to-end automation from GitHub/GitLab/BitBucket to Deployment,

Observability and Enabling the SRE activities

• Guide operations support (setup, configuration, management, troubleshooting) of

digital platforms and applications

• Solid understanding of DevSecOps Workflows that support CI, CS, CD, CM, CT.

• Deploy, configure, and manage SaaS and PaaS cloud platform and applications

• Provide Level 1 (OS, patching) and Level 2 (app server instance troubleshooting)

• DevOps programming: writing scripts, building operations/server instance/app/DB

monitoring tools Set up / manage continuous build and dev project management

environment: JenkinX/GitHub Actions/Tekton, Git, Jira Designing secure networks,

systems, and application architectures

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure product development

• Disaster recovery, network forensics analysis, and pen-testing solutions

• Planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures

best practices

• Installation and use of firewalls, data encryption and other security products and

procedures

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (SRE) to manage and optimize large-scale, mission-critical production systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving mindset, extensive experience in troubleshooting, and expertise in scaling, automating, and enhancing system reliability. This role requires hands-on proficiency in tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), along with scripting skills in Python or Go. The candidate will drive observability and monitoring initiatives using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and APM solutions (Datadog, New Relic, OpenTelemetry).

Strong communication, incident management skills, and a collaborative approach are essential. Experience in team leadership and multi-client engagement is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Solid 4-6 years of experience as an SRE and DevOps with a proven track record of handling large-scale production environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong Hands-on experience with managing Large Scale Production Systems
• Strong Production Troubleshooting Skills and handling high-pressure situations.
• Strong Experience with Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka)
• Worked on making production systems more Scalable, Highly Available and Fault-tolerant
• Hands-on experience with ELK or other logging and observability tools
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana & Alertmanager and on-call processes like Pagerduty
• Problem-Solving Mindset
• Strong with skills - K8s, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, AWS/GCP/Azure etc
• Good with Python/Go Scripting Automation
• Strong with fundamentals like DNS, Networking, Linux
• Experience with APM tools like - Newrelic, Datadog, OpenTelemetry
• Good experience with Incident Response, Incident Management, Writing detailed RCAs

28. Must have extensive experience in managing, monitoring, and debugging production environments. 
29. Will work on troubleshooting complex issues and ensure that production systems are running smoothly with minimal downtime.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience of 6 M or more as a quota carrying individual into Software/Web Development Services Domain.
• Has adequate knowledge of technology and jargons required for sales discussions.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Hands on experience with tools like HubSpot/Salesforce would be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. ·Manage company’s various online bidding profiles
2. ·Identifying quality lead and bringing up the projects for the company
3. ·Bidding on various portals like PPH/ GURU/ UPWORK / Freelancer and other relevant online platforms
4. · Handle the initial discussions and collect the strategic information about the prospects
5. ·Understand complex project requirements and prepare proposal /bid to generate leads
6. ·Continue prospect engagement and account management throughout the sales cycle until closure.
7. ·Independently collaborate with the technical team for presentation with prospects.
8. · Scout for new bidding platforms and websites to catch out the opportunities.
9. Skill & Experience Required
10. ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of converting the prospect with good linguistic ability.
11. ·       Must have 1-3 years of experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps project acquisition and closure through the online bidding platforms.
12. ·       Experience with lead generation and prospect management via various online bidding platforms.
13. ·       Must have sound technical knowledge of advanced Web and Mobile technologies trending today.
14. ·       Lead generation through LinkedIn, database, and other social networks would be an added value.
15. ·       Ability to handle the sales independently or as part of a team.
