The role involves building strong client relationships, maintaining consistent follow-ups, and closing deals while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Strong communication, persuasion skills, and a target-driven mindset are essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted market research within the education sector to identify potential customers.
• Engage prospects via calls, email, and online platforms to introduce GREATIFY’s EdTech solutions
• Understand customer needs and confidently present product features and benefits
• Follow up consistently and convert leads into customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
• Meet or exceed demo targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals.

Position: Senior Data Engineer (Azure)

Experience - 6+ Years

Mode - Hybrid

Location - Gurgaon, Pune, Jaipur, Bangalore, Bhopal

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Processing on Azure: Azure Data Factory, Streaming Analytics, Event Hubs, Azure Databricks, Data Migration Service, Data Pipeline.
• Provisioning, configuring, and developing Azure solutions (ADB, ADF, ADW, etc.).
• Design and implement scalable data models and migration strategies.
• Work on distributed big data batch or streaming pipelines (Kafka or similar).
• Develop data integration and transformation solutions for structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for performance tuning and optimization.
• Monitor data workflows and ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through automation and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience as a Data Engineer.

Responsibilities

Qualification Criteria

• 2+ years of experience working in Sales or Marketing in EdTech space (preferable but not required) or 1-2 years of experience in Academic counselling/school counselling/clinical counselling
• Excellent verbal communication skills, strong conversationalist, and well-versed in English
• Strong negotiation and objection handling skills with the ability to work within deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team while always maintaining a professional, client-oriented attitude
• Understand the landscape of the Education Industry and the current needs of teachers and school leaders
