Role: International Sales Executive – US Market

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Work Schedule: Five days per week

Experience: 2–12 years

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales and business development for the US market.

• Prospect through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn and other channels.

• Generate and qualify leads, book product demonstrations and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Understand prospect requirements and present SwiftSku’s software solutions clearly.

• Conduct timely follow-ups, manage objections and coordinate with internal teams through the sales cycle.

• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in the CRM.

• Consistently work toward individual and team revenue targets.

Requirements

• Experience in international sales, US sales, inside sales, SaaS/software sales, IT-services sales, lead generation or an international voice process.

• Strong spoken and written English with confident client-facing communication.

• Gujarati-speaking proficiency is mandatory.

• Comfortable engaging US-market customers and working in alignment with US business hours.

• Strong cold-calling, lead-generation, objection-handling and follow-up skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working from our Ahmedabad office.

Candidates from international BPO, US healthcare or RCM calling, customer support with upselling, appointment setting and international business development backgrounds are welcome if they have strong sales aptitude.

• This is an Ahmedabad-based, on-site role.

• The role follows a five-day working week.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

• It's a Contractual role for a particular project ongoing in the company, duration will be 1 year or may exceed as per the project requirement, After that the candidate will be kept on permanent role.
• The candidate will be on company's payroll only.
• Candidate should be comfortable for directly visiting and working with client's place.
• Immediate to 15 days joiner preferred
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Linux Device Driver development
• Strong experience with Linux kernel programming & memory management
• Experience with Zephyr OS / device driver model (porting bare-metal drivers).
• Familiarity with RTOS linux kernel internals and hardware protocols (They mainly use AXI protocol, i2c, spi).
• Strong knowledge of PCIe and DMA drivers
• Proficiency in C / C++ programming languages
• Experience working with hardware interfaces/protocols (AXI, I2C, SPI)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven experience in developing Linux Device Drivers.
• Preferred experience in Zephyr (need to port bare metal drivers to zephyr OS/device driver model).
• Strong knowledge of PCIe and DMA drivers (Good to know Xilinx's IPs like AXI-DMA, XDMA etc).
• Expertise in Linux Memory Management.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
• Preferred familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS), linux kernel internals and hardware protocols (They mainly use AXI protocol, i2c, spi).

Immediate to 15 days joiners are preferrable we need to close it asap.

We believe that with a certain coding background, hard skills required for the job can be learned. However, soft skills like drive, passion, and commitment to learning cannot. Therefore, we are keen on finding candidates with the following inclinations:

• Tenacious and hardworking, with the ability to persistently work on a problem without losing sight of the end goal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Previous experience with TypeScript and Puppeteer is preferred
• Previous experience with web scraping is preferred

You should be able to build and support complex applications single-handedly with a keen eye towards UX, design, security and performance. Additionally you will need to have a basic understanding of microservices, API integrations to aid in achieving our vision of building the most robust and scalable integration platform in the B2B Retail + Food verticals. You will be responsible for architecture, design and implementation of the entire system to support thousands of customers globally. Our stack is primarily built around Node, PHP, React, Angular, Mongo, PHP and advanced Infra and DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK and more.

Mentoring should come naturally to you, as well as finding the right balance towards process and documentation.
