Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in .NET development. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with 8 -15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of .NET development and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality .NET applications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and contribute to system architectural design and planning discussions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and participate in Code Reviews with Peers/Technical Lead.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and developments in .NET development and implement best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain the stability and performance of existing applications, identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend/implement solutions.
