RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary:
- Executing structural and PSE Drawings on the site
- Staying at Site [Matar] 24x7 (Only Male Candidates)
- Supervising construction, interpreting drawings, and liaising between contractors, Structural Engineers, Resident and Consulting Architects and MEP Consultant
- Managing inventory, Planning Day schedules, Reporting and Documentation
- Landscaping, environmental harnessing, waste and water disposal and recycling
- Helping improvise construction gadgets and processes.
Secondary:
- General management as Trainee Officer
- Desire to specialize in some of these: HR, Event Management, Field social work, Social Poster Design/ Graphics, Science Promotion, Content, SharePoint, etc.
- Promotion of SPRAT’s services such as Rationality, Gujarati Literacy, and events in and around Matar.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and Education:
- Brilliant B.Es / B.Techs [Civil] from respectable colleges or possessing good CGPA. Or very bright Civil Diploma holders with an additional year’s relevant experience.
- Functional knowledge/experience of construction machinery and tools.
- Functional spoken English and Hindi and basic knowledge of MS Office.
Experience:
- 1 – 3 Years
- Prior on-site experience of at least one year on a Residential/ Commercial Site.
