Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Managing Existing Customers
- Maintain Regular Contact: Keep in touch with our current factory clients, maintenance managers, and purchase teams through phone calls, messages, and regular site visits.
- Secure Repeat Orders: Check on their current inventory to secure recurring orders for replacement parts, upgrade tools, and consumables.
- Introduce Expanded Solutions: Show our current clients products that can further improve their factory efficiency or plant safety.
2. Bringing in New Customers
- Find New Buyers: Explore industrial zones to spot new manufacturing plants, upcoming factory setups, or workshops that need our systems.
- Make First Connections: Walk into, Email or Call new factories, to introduce our company’s product range, and connect with the right decision-makers (like Plant Heads or Purchase Officers).
3. Sales Strategy, Traveling, Deals & Deliveries
- Plan & Strategize: Plan your weekly and monthly sales schedule to ensure maximum territory coverage.
- Field Traveling: Frequently travel within your assigned industrial region to meet clients face-to-face and build strong field relationships.
- Conduct Product Demonstration Sessions: Organise online / offline product demo sessions for existing and / or new / potential customers.
- Create Price Quotations: Review what the customer needs and prepare clear, accurate price offers with support from the Inside Sales Team.
- Negotiate & Close Orders: Discuss discounts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients to finalize profitable sales orders.
- Coordinate Deliveries & Payments: Work with our logistics team to ensure items are delivered safely on time, and assist in completing the loop by helping the Accounts Receivable team in payment collection.
4. Customer Support & Problem Resolution
- Handle Product Issues: Act as the first point of contact if a client faces a problem with a delivered item or system.
- Resolve Conflicts Smoothly: Listen patiently to customer complaints regarding delays, wrong parts, or technical glitches, and coordinate with our the relevant OEM’s technical team to have the issue resolved quickly.
- Provide Basic Post-Sale Support: Ensure the client is satisfied with how the product is working and maintain a high level of customer trust.
5. Reporting & Updates
- Daily Sales Logging: Maintain a simple, clear record of your daily calls, client visits, and pending deals.
- Provide Progress Reports: Share regular weekly or monthly sales updates and field feedback with your manager
6. Market Awareness
- Understand the Market Landscape: Observe general industry preferences and note alternative instrumentation or automation setups commonly used across the territory.
- Track Industry Trends: Stay updated on standard market pricing, alternative product features, and common customer preferences in the region.

We’re looking for a full-stack developer to own the technical build of the Sthira platform — not a task-based freelancer, but someone who takes primary ownership of the codebase and architecture while working directly alongside the founder (non-technical support on product, content, and testing).
This is a hands-on builder role, not an advisory one. You’ll be the main technical driver from MVP through early scale.
Responsibilities
- Writing code for both the front end and the back end using MERN stack [MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node. js]
- Creating RESTful API with Node.js
- Maintaining all the required documents for your project.
- Constantly coming up with new ideas and also implementing them to improve the app’s performance.

Impact in this Role
The Business Applications team performs a critical function for Fictiv by managing software that is part of the framework used to conduct day-to-day business. This team writes code to provide customised application configuration and data structures, customise workflows, implement monitoring and alerting, secure and control access, and integrate business software with Fictiv platform. Functional areas supported include: Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Customer Support. The Business Applications team partners closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure that business systems software is properly secured and has managed change control to meet each of their needs.
This team sets the stage for ensuring Fictiv's business is delivering on KPIs and goals. This team provides inputs for Fictiv’s strategic decision making.
The Business Applications team implements business software across Fictiv’s departments.
As the Sr. Salesforce Analyst (Sr. Salesforce Application Developer, Specialist) you will partner with the RevOps team, to focus on changes and improvements to Salesforce functionality in support of business needs. You will work with the RevOps core team supporting Salesforce Sales and must be a strategic partner in determining best practices and efficiency gains as it relates to process improvements.
You will work with the Lead Salesforce Analyst to design and implement solutions that meet the technical requirements and business requires outlined by RevOps. You will also analyse project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. This role requires extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.
You will be responsible for understanding requirements, defining design, working with other cross-functional teams to create implementation plans, and providing thought leadership for all solutions to meet and exceed RevOps expectations. You will write APEX code and any supporting code required to implement solutions. You will own the stability, security, data accuracy, uptime and issue resolution in Salesforce. You will provide testing plans, unit testing and documentation for all solutions and develop strong cross-functional relations with Product, Engineering and Infrastructure. You will be accountable for following all Fictiv’s Engineering guidelines.
