- Data Reporting & Visualization:
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track inventory levels, product performance, and overall supply chain health.
- Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including management, operations, and marketing teams.
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis as required by various departments.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in inventory management processes and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Suggest automation and technology solutions for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, inventory management tools, and analytics best practices.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
2-5 years of experience in inventory management, product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

What you will do
Need a process and a detail-oriented candidate for our Account payable department in the Finance function
- Establish and maintain financial controls, internal financial controls, and procedures for the company. Eg P2P, R2R, etc.
- Ensure that payments are processed as per the internal controls with all the proper support.
- Account the expenses properly in the corresponding GLs.
- Implement timely payment to the vendors as well as timely booking and processing of the payment.
- Work with the business team and close all escalations.
- Prepare monthly MIS with schedules of all the expenses and balance sheet items as well as Month-end closure (M+1) and provision of the expense.
- Investigate reasons of creditors outstanding > 60 days, advance standing > 30 days & provision > 30 days.
- Ensure that there are no debit balances in sundry creditors and advances > 30 days.
- Spearhead the validating, booking, and processing of the salary, F&Fs & business reimbursements.
- Forecast the working capital requirement.
- Supervise accounting and validation of Fixed assets and maintaining FAR.
- Close the internal audit, statutory audit, and due diligence as well as daily BRS.
- Accurately calculate and pay the monthly TDS and monthly GST
- Assist the consultant with filing the TDS return and GST return
- Ensure the payroll compliance is done as per the relevant act.

- Bring your Financial A-game: Should be well versed with Accounting Standard and IndAS, TDS, GST, Foreign Payments, and Payroll compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, LWF)

We are looking for a talented Senior SAP FICO S/4HANA Functional Consultant (Finance & Controlling with PS Experience) ideally with exposure in the Oil and Gas/Energy Natural Resources sector OR Automobile sector with a strong leadership focus. Qualified candidates will work on implementation and support projects. The SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) Senior Consultant will work with clients to understand their finance business processes and accounting practices, analyzing and translating those requirements to enhance support and facilitate effective solutions, using their business process knowledge and SAP FICO Technical Knowledge. They will assist clients in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Functionality. Strong SAP Finance and Controlling skills and S4/HANA implementation experience is required, in areas such as Business Partners, Currency settings, New Fixed Assets, parallel and extension ledgers and Fiori Apps. Additionally, experience of working on an SAP S/4 conversion project, understanding of Central Finance and its application in the HANA landscape would be advantageous as well as experience in Profitability Analysis (COPA), Product Costing, Opentext (VIM), Joint Venture Accounting (JV), or Project Systems (PS) is required.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients to provide them with full life-cycle project implementation consulting expertise including assessments, blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration and go-live stabilization.
- Liaise with client to prepare and facilitate assessment/blueprint workshops to analyse clients’ business requirements. Consultant must be able to define the SAP Blueprint by embedding the Business processes and Standard SAP best practices for existing software, hardware, and network provision.
