We are looking for an HR Operations Executive with relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry to manage HR operations, payroll coordination, employee documentation and statutory compliance.

Role Overview

The HR Operations Executive will support day-to-day HR activities for corporate and project/site employees. The role requires practical knowledge of RERA, BOCW, PF, ESI and labour-related compliance, along with strong HR operations and payroll coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage daily HR operations for corporate and project/site employees.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave and employee movement records.
• Coordinate with employees, managers and project/site teams.
• Prepare regular HR MIS and employee-related reports.

Payroll & Attendance

• Collect, verify and consolidate monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the concerned team/vendor.
• Maintain salary, attendance and payroll records.
• Resolve routine employee payroll and attendance queries.
• Support payroll-related documentation and reporting.

Statutory Compliance

• Coordinate PF and ESI registrations, monthly processes and employee-related requirements.
• Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.
• Support Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable labour compliance activities.
• Maintain required registers, records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with external consultants and relevant authorities when required.

Real Estate & Construction Compliance

• Support HR and labour compliance requirements for construction/project operations.
• Maintain workforce and labour-related documentation.
• Coordinate with project/site teams for manpower and employee records.
• Support BOCW-related documentation and compliance requirements.
• Provide HR-related support for RERA documentation and compliance coordination.
• Ensure required employee and workforce records are maintained accurately.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Good organizational, communication and documentation skills.
