As a Data Automation Intern, you will be focusing on researching and developing tools and workflow that automate some parts and processes of our business automation. Since business automation is important throughout the firm, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams across Springer Capital. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Collect data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and web scraping tools.    
• Clean and process raw data to ensure it is accurate and consistent.     
• Analyze data to extract insights using computational tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Python.   
• Communicate insights in a clear and concise manner with the manager alongside your progress.    
• Implement solutions based on insights you discovered to improve Springer Capital business’ processes or solve problems for client.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The

ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR processes and regulations, with proficiency

in various HR tasks including offer letter generation, promotion management, appraisal processing,

and department change documentation. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate expertise in

Excel, file maintenance, and knowledge of Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance

Corporation (ESIC) workings.

Responsibilities:

 Generate offer letters, letters of agreement (LOA), promotion letters, appraisal documents,

department change letters, and other HR-related correspondences.

 Proficiently utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

 Maintain both digital and hard copy files ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance

with company policies and legal regulations.

 Utilize HRMS software for various HR operations including employee data management,

leave management, and payroll processing.

 Handle the breakdown of Cost to Company (CTC) and upload CTC breakup accurately.

 Serve as an onboarding expert, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the

organization.

 Manage vendor relationships for HR-related services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence

to service level agreements.

 Oversee attendance management processes, including monitoring and reporting on

attendance records, leave balances, and attendance policy compliance.

 Maintain knowledge of PF and ESIC workings, ensuring compliance with regulations and

timely submission of required documentation.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

 Familiarity with HRMS software and its functionalities.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

 Knowledge of labor laws and regulations pertaining to PF, ESIC, and other HR-related matters

is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales with atleast 1-2years in a start-up.Should have a proven track record of closing complex deals and managing large accounts.Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, with expertise in consultative selling and solution-based salesStrong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with the capacity to build trust and rapport with high-level stakeholders.Strong experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines, opportunities, and client interactions.Should have done a 0 to 1 sales growth storyMust be handling North region currently and candidates from Delhi preferred.

• Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
