Due to a promotion in our team, we are hiring Staffing Account Manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Staffing Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Directly interacting with clients on Regular Basis
• Evaluating the Requirement
• Analyzing the prior requirement
• Sharing the Requirements to the team
• Reviewing all resume before sending to the Client.
• If needed need to go on a second call with the candidates.
• Sending aligned profiles to the client within 24 hrs from the requirement shared
• Following up on the feedback from the clients
• Follow up on the feedback on the interviewed consultants
• Rate card Negotiation
• Maintaining client relationship by regularly attending client meetings and conference calls
Reports includes – Profiles Submission Tracker . Weekly, Monthly Requirement , Interview Tracker, Joiner Tracker , Contract Extension Tracker & Billing Tracker.
Team Management
• Supervising & mentoring Recruiters and a lead as per the company policies & procedures.
• Helping the team in understanding the Requirements
• Guiding team and helping source right profiles through multiple sources
• Getting the aligned profiles from the team
• Motivating the Team, Guiding the team & helping them achieve their own target.
• Providing Training to the team on skill area
• Building a good and Positive Team
• Evaluating the resumes before processing to the client
• Extracting the work from the team without pressurizing
• Responsible for team targets that includes Daily,Weekly & Monthly Targets with respect to submittals,interiews and placements.
• Maintain Discipline and direction of team members. Also approve leaves, weekend coverage for team member
