Key Responsibilities

As an Online Business Manager, you will:

●      Conduct online research and prepare reports/documentation to support clients in making informed business decisions.

●      Manage databases, including data collection, cleansing, validation, formatting, and representation.

●      Generate and manage leads through online platforms and web scraping, and maintain them on CRM systems.

●      Remote position (EST/PST time zones); 5 days/week (Mon-Fri)

●      Training: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM EST, 4-6 weeks + 2 months probation

●      Candidates need their own work-from-home setup (laptop, Wi-Fi, headset, webcam, power backup)

●      Holidays: Indian holidays observed; 15 paid leaves + 8-10 public holidays + 3 on-demand regional holidays

Data Integration and Management Expertise: This skill ensures that candidates can create secure API integrations and manage external data sources, crucial for maintaining data integrity and connectivity.

Scripting and Expression Rule Development: Evaluates the candidate’s capability to write expressions and scripts that extend application functionality.

Strong knowledge on Batch monitoring and scheduling experience of any of Control-M, autosys, D-Series scheduler tools. ?Build and validate job flows, calendar requirements, and scheduling criteria. ?Must be able to analyze business requirements procedures and problems to smooth migration of jobs flows and scheduled systems ?Should actively involve for any batch related issue and provide the fix before SLA. ?Knowledge of ITSM tools like service now, JIRA & Incident/Change Request process. ?Willing to provide the 24/7 support ?Ability to work on Mass schedule changes without any scheduling issue. ?Should perform Holiday schedule changes. ?Should know how to define or change the report. Analyzing schedule dependencies and interfacing with application support teams. Scheduling different kinds of batch production job flows including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly yearly schedules. Scheduling setting up testing jobs for the scheduling test system. Job role: 

As a digital marketer, your primary objective will be to facilitate the sales team through lead generation. You’ll be responsible for conceiving, driving, and implementing initiatives to increase brand presence and improve product adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Organic as well as paid channels
• Set targets and build strategies to help achieve them
• Create and test content, blogs, and ads for operational efficiency
• Create and optimize landing pages to increase signups
• Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition
• Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
• Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar position preferred
• Experience in B2B, eCommerce and SaaS is preferred
• Relevant Bachelor's degree preferred
• Great design sense is a must for this position
• Proven experience building campaign strategies from scratch and executing them
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics
