Sr. UI/UX Designer

Data Researcher- Entry Level Position

We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Researcher to join our team. This role will be responsible for gathering, scrapping, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support various business initiatives.

You will play a key role in identifying and sourcing leads on LinkedIn & Upwork (Data Scrapping) and utilizing data analysis to gain insights into international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on potential LinkedIn & Upwork’s clients and projects using various tools (Phone numbers, Email address, social media contact scrappers).
• Utilize data scraping techniques (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchbase and others) to gather relevant information on leads.
• Extract contact information (phone numbers, emails, social media) from LinkedIn profiles using specialized tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and key insights related to LinkedIn and Upwork projects and international business ventures (market size analysis).
• Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient data management system.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements:

• Proven knowledge & experience in identifying and sourcing leads on LinkedIn & Upwork for specific client needs.
• Basic knowledge of Sales Cycles.
• Knowledge of data scraping tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
• A plus is hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (Sales CRM).
• A basic grasp of embedded engineering principles would be beneficial.
• Experience or knowledge of international business, particularly market size analysis, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

Role & Responsibilities

Depending on current project needs, responsibilities could entail any of the following:

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into architecture concepts and pseudocode
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code by writing clean, scalable code using Object Oriented Programming Principles (OOP) and our defined Development Standards guide
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying any observed bottlenecks and bugs, and suggesting solutions / technical alternatives to mitigate and address these issues; Make recommendations and/or changes towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code, and improve/streamline processes and systems
• Support projects through entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by participating in the requirements analysis and research gathering (R&D) process, and/or writing documentation such as technical specifications, user guides, and other forms of documentation.
