Role Overview:

As a .NET Angular Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications for our clients in the financial sector. You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced developers, architects, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations, driving significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using .NET, Angular, and related technologies for our financial services clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet business needs.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure the quality and maintainability of our applications.

- Participate in code reviews to identify and address potential issues and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner to minimize disruption to our clients' operations.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to develop and maintain web applications using .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, Web API).

- Demonstrated expertise in front-end development using Angular (AngularJS experience is a plus).

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Bangalore.

Opportunity Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer with experience building Salesforce AppExchange apps to lead the development of Salesforce connectors for our marketing technology products.

What would you do?

·      Take a lead role with design and implementation of Salesforce connectors for our marketing platforms.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders in establishing application requirements, determining features, creating customer-friendly solutions, and determining support needs and performance requirements. 

·      Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy software to satisfy these requirements. 

·      Work according to the agile programming application development methodology adhered to including test-first, iterative development, and continuous re-prioritization.  

·      Support the maintenance of our hosted technology solutions. 

·      Work with other team members in accomplishing group objectives and participating in code reviews. 

·      Ensure timely and robust implementation of the company’s development plans.

·      Ensure that all relevant parties are kept up to date on progress of projects and give feedback on an ongoing basis. 

·      Contribute to the review, selection, and adoption of proprietary tools and technologies. 

·      Use specialist knowledge and experience of information technology to provide technical advice and vision.

Technical Skills

The following skills are needed for this role.

Experience

·      7+ years’ experience in web application design and development 

·      Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience 

Primary Skills

·      Experience with Salesforce APEX, VisualForce, SOQL, etc. 

·      Experience building and maintaining Salesforce AppExchange apps. 

·      Experience working with databases and/or CRM systems. 

Secondary Skills (nice to have)

·      Strong background in Java 

·      AWS ecosystem and tools, developing for serverless environments. 

·      Front-end expertise: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. 

·      Other languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, C#, Ruby, Python, PHP, etc. are all valuable.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design of the overall architecture of the web application
• Implement a robust set of services and effective APIs to power the web application
• Build reusable and manageable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Translate UI/UX wireframes to visual elements
• Develop and handle well-functioning databases and applications
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency 
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Experience:

• Proven expertise in shipping features in Ruby on Rails. Strong background in Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong experience in driving thought leadership and technical architecture
• Experience with mentoring juniors in the team
