- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project planning, delivery management, and release processes.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
- Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and escalation-management skills.
- Ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders and communicate complex project matters clearly.
