Rekise Marine is a startup focused on sustainably enhancing the utility of oceans through autonomous robotic infrastructure. Our efforts center on developing advanced autonomous technology for the maritime industry, serving both defense and commercial sectors globally. We specialize in creating autonomous vessels both surface and underwater as well as autonomous port infrastructure. Currently, we are building the flagship autonomous platform of the Indian Navy.

About the role:

We are currently seeking a talented individual with an ITI/Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical and having strong technical and administrative skills.  In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the development process of our unmanned marine vessels, ensuring highest performance and reliability standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and assistance in product development and maintenance. 
2. Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and quality control.
3. Handle procurements and inventory management.
4. Perform administrative tasks such as filing and coordinating with our clients.
5. Maintain a clean/organised work environment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

1. ITI/Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or related field.
2. Good understanding of basic mechanical principles.
3. Proficient in MS Office applications.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Locals preferred with a minimum of one year experience or Freshers also welcome

Document Customer Interactions: Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.

Escalate Complex Issues: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.

Provide Product/Service Information: Educate customers on our products and services, and guide them through using our platform.

Process Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing their accounts.

Gather Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product updates, company policies, and industry trends.

Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve and maintain established performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Contribute to Team Goals: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall customer support processes.

Create Knowledge Base Articles/FAQ's: Depending on the role, you may be asked to create content to aid in customer self service.

We are looking for Aptitude and Computer Trainer (Basics)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Soft Skills and Aptitude Trainer or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of soft skills and aptitude assessment techniques.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of individuals.

Proficient in using training tools and technologies.

Certification in training or coaching is a plus (e.g., CPT, CTT+)

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Strong instructional and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Experience in developing training materials and conducting assessments.

Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or similar credentials is a plus.

We are hiring Unity Developers, who will be responsible for planning and implementing game functionality, building the game code, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. You may also be required to build patches and install game updates.
