React native Developer

Native Health is looking for results-oriented Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for building world-class technology products and platforms that are at the forefront of the technology revolution in the Indian healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on our App.
• Participate in scoping, and planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads.
• Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly.
• Develop and own launch plans to completion Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance and the architecture.
• App We will depend on this person to set up/improve the code quality, and tracking.
• App architecture and this person needs to have extensively worked on React + Android/iOS.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this).
• Hands-on experience with React Native.
• Deep expertise in either iOS or Android platforms and ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.
• Has worked with the react ecosystem for eg, redux, react-query, react-router, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a consumer tech set-up (ecommerce, D2C).
• Work with Rest APIs.
• Experience with video streaming and Real-Time Communication technologies.

iOS Developer:

1+ years of experience in iOS mobile application development

• Proficient with Swift and Cocoa Touch
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Location etc
• Experience in Design patterns such as POP, MVVM, CleanSwift, Facade
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Understanding of Git

Requirement: -

• Managing a team of 3-4 engineers

Job Description

We are looking for a React Native developer with prior experience in building mobile applications. You will be responsible for architecting and building this application, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, we are looking for a strong team player who can find the balance between perfectionism and speed. 

We are currently building most of our product using the MERN stack but fundamentally believe that any technology is merely a tool to serve a greater purpose of making our customers lives amazing.

Responsibilities

• Build smooth and functional UI’s for our mobile app which works across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations within both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling a remote work culture within the organization
• Knowledge of programming in React Native is a fundamental requirement. It would be really helpful if you could showcase a past project.
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Axios or other tools for API
• Material UI and/or Bootstrap
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
• Proficiency with git is critical. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Comfortable working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Deep understanding of efficient REST APIs and Redux state management
• Experience with automated testing suites (jest, enzyme) would be desirable
• Self-driven, an ability to learn fast, efficiently troubleshoot and independently deliver results without constant supervision
