Sr. Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS reports

Assist in finalization of accounts and audit coordination

Payroll & Compliance:

Handle end-to-end payroll processing

Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory compliances

Ensure timely filing of returns and challans

Handle Form 16, TDS returns, and salary-related reconciliations

Taxation:

Manage GST compliance: returns, reconciliations, notices, and audits

Handle TDS workings and filings (24Q, 26Q, etc.)

Coordinate with CA for Income Tax, GST, and Statutory Audits

Banking & Regulatory:

Handle bank-related work including:

APR, FLA, and other bank / RBI forms

Fund transfers, FD management, and documentation

Manage vendor and client payment cycles

US Accounting (Good to have):

Basic understanding of US accounting concepts

Exposure to invoicing, reconciliation, or bookkeeping for US clients is a plus

Required Skills & Tools:

Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Payroll

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Good understanding of service-based accounting

Ability to coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks

Good to Have:

Experience in an IT / Software / Service-based company

Knowledge of compliance calendars and audit processes

Basic understanding of US accounting

Ability to independently handle accounting operations

Job description for Production Engineer

Production Engineer manages shifts, production supervisors and all operators &

ensures smooth running of the production process, organising & monitoring work-

flow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel;

accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress;

revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the shift

production summaries;

 Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a

safe, efficient manner;

 Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing solutions;

 Ensures that all products are produced as per Customer's specifications;

 Ensures targets and deadlines are met as per Work Orders;

 Attending to minor breakdowns of machines;

 To maintain all Company machines/equipment so as to obtain optimal

performance; evaluate new equipment and techniques;

 Ensures all operators & contract staffs comply with health & safety

procedures;

 Manage, develop, and motivate direct reporting employees;

 Monitor, measure, and report on production-related process performance, and

general issues; update daily production reports;

 Use Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to ensure that all employees

can identify root causes and take fast corrective and preventive action to

resolve the problems at hand;

 Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing

knowledge with co-workers.

 Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

 To work closely with other production supervisors to ensure production

handovers are smooth & effective;

 To provide on-the-job training for improving production efficiency & quality;

 Maintain 5S standards to ensure a clean & safe workplace;

 Coordinates with PPC, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Purchase, Stores,

Logistics, Accounts;

 Maintain records/reports as per ISO & IATF requirements;

 Work non-traditional hours on weekends and holidays during exigencies;

 Any other task assigned by management;

 Reporting to AGM-Operations

Key Result Areas/KRAs (annual evaluation across entire Company) for

Production Supervisors:

 To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of operators,

contract employees, production supervisors and achieving production targets;

 To take full responsibility for the quality and product that is produced within

the shift in line with the quality systems, processes, and procedures;

 To have an active role in the continuous improvement plan.

Key Performance Indicators/KPIs (monthly evaluation) for Production

Engineer:

1. On-time Delivery of WOs = % (Target: 98%)

2. Worst Point Photography (WPP)

3. Fixed Point Photography (FPP)

4. Labour Productivity = Units Produced/Man-hours used = ……Units per man-

hour

5. Production Charts

• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
