Job Description
FOX is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and contribute to delivering a top-notch recruitment experience. This will start with 1 year on direct payroll of Fox Corporation. In this role, you will engage with interviewers and candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide essential support to our recruitment team by assisting with interview coordination, maintaining data and ensuring a positive candidate & hiring manager experience. Building strong relationships with hiring managers, the talent acquisition team, and candidates will be crucial for success.
Snapshot of Your Responsibilities
● Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently to ensure a seamless process.
● Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed of interview details.
● Provide scheduling support for talent acquisition team meetings. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports
● Maintain a strong candidate and hiring manager experience, striving for excellence.
● Analyze recruitment data to derive valuable insights and contribute to process enhancement.
● Develop and manage team documentation and sites for streamlined operations.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment coordination.
● Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information about the company, position, and interview process.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
● Support the recruitment team in coordinating pre-employment checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
What You Will Need
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Previous internship or coursework related to human resources or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
● Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel will be preferred.
● Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday experience preferred but not mandatory.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
● Self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
● Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
● Capability to assist with technical tasks such as updating google sheet and creating PowerPoint presentations.
● Willingness to learn new programs as required.
● Capacity to handle diverse workloads and prioritize tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Aptitude for recognizing and escalating pertinent issues, tasks, and requests.

Your Role
Talent Acquisition & Ops
• Designing and updating job descriptions.
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.
• Advertise job openings on company's LinkedIn profile, Social Media, Job portals and internally - Screen incoming resumes and application forms and interview candidates.
• Coordinate with the hiring Managers for the qualified/ shortlisted candidates.
• Send job offers and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with Managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Must Haves
• 1-3 years of proven experience in the required field.

What you will do:
- Sourcing profiles through the various medium like Job Portals, Job Posting, Referencing, Social Media and Professional Network, etc.
- Screening and selecting best-matched profiles and taking initial telephonic interviews.
- Briefing candidates regarding the job descriptions, company profile and career perspective.
- Taking References and building a long-term relationship with candidates.
- Coordinating with candidates and manager, scheduling interview, collecting feedback from the candidates.
- Following up with the manager to manage candidate feedback /selection.
- Following up with the selected candidates and ensuring their joining.
- Maintaining systematic and comprehensive reports on daily, weekly, monthly tasks.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.
- Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
What you need to have:
- Ideally, the candidate should be from the IT background, knows the basics latest IT technologies, programming languages.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience full recruitment cycle for for technical roles.
- Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skills and candidate engagement skills.
- Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
- Self motivated and confident
- Proactive with positive attitude
- Resourcing the candidates from Naukri portal.
- Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
