• Interview and qualify shortlisted candidates to confirm suitability (technical, administrative and personal), attitude, honesty and reliability
• Confirm that the chosen candidates are willing to be deputed to work at our clients’ premises
• Build confidence and trust in the candidates that they are our team and full-time employees
• Follow-up with candidates by sharing with and obtaining from the candidates all information promptly and periodically throughout the recruitment process

We are Civil Maps Civil Maps, provider of 3D mapping technology for fully autonomous vehicles, has raised a $6.6 million seed funding round from Ford Motor Company, Motus Ventures, Wicklow Capital, StartX Stanford and Yahoo cofounder Jerry Yang’s AME Cloud Ventures. Civil Maps’ mission is to make it possible for fully autonomous vehicles (SAE Levels 4-5) to drive anywhere smoothly and safely. Through artificial intelligence and vehicle-based local processing, Civil Maps converts sensor data into meaningful map information built specifically to direct fully autonomous vehicles. The company will use the seed investment to accelerate product development and deployment with a number of leading automotive companies and technology partners. Civil Maps’ artificial intelligence software aggregates raw 3D data from LiDAR (high-resolution laser imaging), camera and other sensors onboard autonomous vehicles and organizes the information into machine-readable maps. The information is vastly more actionable information than today’s mapping systems and requires a fraction of the data storage and transmission for existing technologies. Thanks to this light data footprint, Civil Maps’ spatial information is far less costly to transmit over cellular networks, enabling the company to more easily crowdsource, update and share road data in real time—a major improvement over the lengthy processes that require human annotation in current use. As a result, the company can quickly generate and maintain maps that give fully autonomous vehicles the comprehensive and precise knowledge to autonomous operate safely and smoothly on all roads. About the Opportunity This is an opportunity to work to with our recruitment and HR teams in San Francisco in the areas sourcing and building high performance teams. Qualifications: · At least 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Recruitment is must. · Should have good experience working directly in the client place/ working with direct clients. · Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools, Job Posting sites and Head hunting. · Posting job descriptions on job portals and keep them updated all the time. · Ability to source resumes quickly and work on multiple positions simultaneously. · Thorough screening applications for identifying quality candidates. · Build resume database for recruitment. · Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with Operation Heads directly. · Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends. · Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target · Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment. · Good Understanding of US Recruitment Tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp and 1099). · Ability to work in a multitasking environment handling multiple assignments at a time. · Very Good Understanding of H1B Transfers, Visa and Time zones etc., · Good knowledge of the industry and competition, developing reports providing quick information on skill set and compensation · Able to build relationships, strong networking capabilities. · Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Must be willing to work night shifts.

Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients. · Must have full life cycle experience of US Staffing · Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder), Making job postings on the Job Portal. · Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc. · Must be having capability to work with a team or individually. · Must have strong command on English (oral, written). · Willing to work in Night Shift Monday to Friday (7.30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
