We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruiter with a background in consultancy to join our team in Chembur, Mumbai. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

>Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.

>Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule in-person interviews.

>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each role.

>Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

>Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for future opportunities.

Qualifications:

>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment. (consultancy background)

>Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes.

>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

>Strong knowledge of job portals.

Job Description: Role as Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling & routing End-to-End Recruitment from initiating the recruitment process to streamlining overall operations.
• Identify client needs on every requirement with quick response time.
• Understanding the skill set required by our Corporate clients.
• Sourcing potential candidate for required skill set through various Job Portals like naukri, LinkedIn, monster, times jobs etc., existing database, internal and external references.
• Conducting the preliminary interviews and briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and Organization, etc.
• Screening the candidates & forward their resumes for suitable positions based on the client’s requirements.
• Once shortlisted, scheduling the Interview, follow up and co-ordination towards clients.
• Handling on boarding process to ensure the joining formalities are carried out smoothly.
• Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process -sourcing, interviewing & closing candidates
• Conduct phone interviews to screen and qualify candidates in a timely manner while always providing a positive candidate experience
• Help to maintain various recruitment tracking reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable
• Successful track-record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals and managing a high requisition count with multiple clients
• Proven experience and knowledge of sourcing and attracting top tier passive talent
• A drive to excel in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

 Experience Required

•        1+ years of relevant recruiting experience 
• Experience in hiring technical profiles on a permanent / C2H basis
• Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands
• Strong problem-solving, data analytics, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal, listening and questioning skills), organization and interpersonal skill, ability to work with diverse personalities
