Job Description:
Job responsibilities:
- Create and execute a Campus Strategy for Sankey Solutions.
- Building relationships with College TPOs/ Directors/ representatives and driving campus hiring initiatives.
- Visiting College Job fairs in PAN India and conducting pre-placement presentations, group discussions, technical interviews, and Personal Interviews.
- Showcase your passion for campus talent acquisition by being responsible for PAN India campus relationship coordination with training & placement officers.
- Own and participate in induction program activities to maintain candidate engagement that results in a higher conversion of full-time employment.
- Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses to ensure quality hires.
Qualification:
- Tech, B.Tech, M.Sc, B.Sc, BCA, BE, ME (COMP and IT students only), and MCA +MBA (HR)
