About the Role
We're looking for a bilingual (hindi + english)Performance Marketing Copywriter. You know that every word in an ad has a job to do, and you obsess over making it work harder. This role is 100% focused on paid channels: Google and Meta. If you've spent years crafting scroll-stopping reel scripts, headlines and ad copy that actually convert, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
- Write high-converting scripts and ad copy for meta, google and other paid channels
- Translate devotional and mythology concepts into relatable, user-friendly communication.
- Develop multiple copy variations for A/B and multivariate testing, with a strong hypothesis behind each
- Collaborate with performance marketers and designers to align copy with audience targeting, and creative direction
- Analyse copy performance using platform metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPC) and iterate fast based on data
- Build and maintain ad copy libraries and messaging matrices across audience segments, funnel stages, and offer types
- Stay sharp on Google Ads policies, Meta creative best practices, and platform algorithm changes that affect copy performance
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing copywriting for digital products or consumer brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing Google and Meta ad copy with measurable outcomes (CTR lifts, CVR improvements, ROAS impact)
- Proven ability to write for different audience segments, funnel stages, and offer types
- Strong understanding of user psychology, hooks, urgency, and value propositions that drive conversions
- Comfortable working in high-velocity testing environments where copy decisions are driven by performance metrics
- Excellent command over English and Hindi with a flair for storytelling
- Prior experience working on devotional, spiritual, or culturally rooted themes is a plus
- Fast, adaptable, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative
