ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer (React Native + Expo) to lead the development of reliable, high-performance mobile applications used daily by parents, teachers, and schools across India.
In this role, you will take ownership of our mobile app architecture, drive best practices using React Native with Expo, and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI teams.
Your work will directly impact real-world education workflows such as admissions, communication, learning journeys, and school operations — at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILTY
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native with Expo
- Own the mobile app architecture, technical decisions, and long-term maintainability
- Translate product requirements, wireframes, and UI/UX designs into high-quality mobile experiences
- Integrate REST APIs, real-time services, and backend systems smoothly
- Ensure applications are performant, responsive, and stable across Android and iOS devices
- Leverage Expo APIs (Camera, Media, File System, Notifications, etc.) effectively
- Manage Expo EAS builds, OTA updates, and release workflows
- Identify and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and crash issues
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code aligned with engineering standards
- Lead code reviews and raise overall mobile code quality
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a strong mobile engineering culture
- Collaborate within Agile teams to plan, estimate, and deliver features iteratively
- Continuously improve mobile development workflows, tooling, and developer experience

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Content Marketer with strong copywriting and content-marketing skills who can turn ideas, strategies, research, product features, and campaign goals into clear and effective content.
- You will work closely with a Senior Marketing Consultant and contribute across content marketing, social media, SEO, product marketing, growth, CRM, website communication, and sales enablement.
- You will be involved end to end — from understanding the audience and objective to researching, writing, refining, publishing, repurposing, and improving content based on performance.
This role is ideal if you:

- Can turn complex information into simple, engaging content
- Want to understand the strategy and objective behind content
- Can work quickly without compromising research or quality
- Take ownership while knowing when to seek clarity
Responsible Use of AI
- Use AI tools for research support, brainstorming, outlining, variations, and editing — not as a replacement for final writing
- Review and rewrite AI-assisted content before publishing
- Verify factual claims using reliable or approved sources
- Never invent school information, rankings, fees, admissions details, statistics, or testimonials
- Protect confidential company, parent, and school information
- Ensure final content is original, accurate, useful, and aligned with the Superschools brand
Portfolio Requirements
- Share 5–10 relevant writing samples
- Samples may include blogs, social posts, carousel copy, scripts, website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, WhatsApp content, product copy, campaign copy, or sales collateral
- Google Drive, Notion, PDFs, published links, and portfolio websites are accepted
- We value clarity, originality, research quality, audience understanding, and writing ability over the number of samples
What You’ll Do
- Write blogs, guides, articles, comparison pages, locality pages, FAQs, and other long-form content
- Create social media captions, hooks, headlines, carousel copy, campaign messaging, stories, and CTAs
- Write scripts for Reels, Shorts, school tours, interviews, testimonials, explainers, and other video formats
- Develop website and landing-page copy for discovery, registration, enquiry, conversion, and other user journeys
- Create email, WhatsApp, CRM, newsletter, notification, and parent or school communication
- Write product messaging, feature descriptions, onboarding content, microcopy, banners, and form instructions
- Support product launches, growth experiments, campaigns, and sales enablement content
- Create and optimise content for SEO, AEO, GEO, search intent, FAQs, metadata, internal linking, and AI-powered search
- Repurpose approved blogs, videos, interviews, research, and product information across multiple channels
- Work with marketing, SEO, design, video, product, CRM, research, and school partnership teams
- Manage drafts, feedback, revisions, approvals, and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, content marketing, digital marketing, editorial, or a related role
- Strong written English with excellent grammar, structure, clarity, and attention to detail
- Ability to write both short-form and long-form content across different audiences and channels
- Good understanding of hooks, headlines, storytelling, CTAs, audience intent, and conversion-focused writing
- Strong research, editing, proofreading, and fact-checking skills
- Ability to understand a brief and translate business or marketing objectives into effective content
- Comfort working across multiple assignments, stakeholders, feedback cycles, and changing priorities
- Ability to take ownership of execution and progressively work more independently
