Sales Executive

REQUIRE ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE - FEMALE Duties and Responsibilities: 1. To manage day to day operations of the accounts department 2. Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies. 3. Create and update expense reports, Process reimbursement forms. 4. Enter financial transactions into internal databases. 5. Check spreadsheets for accuracy. 6. Maintain digital and physical financial records. 7. To maintain and reconcile GST data. 8. Preparation of GSTR 1, 3B, Annual Returns 9. To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed through Tally. 10. Checking expenses & paying on time 11. Coordinate with Branch offices to maintain tally entry 12. Entry of purchases, sales PAN India level and incorporate Tally data along with Branch offices. Qualification : 1. Bachelors degree in Commerce 2. Knowledge of accounting régulations and procedures 3. Expert in handling accounting software like Tally 4. MS Excel skills 5. • Responsible for maintaining day to day reports as required.

• Should have relevant experience in telesales/ inside sales.

Requirements for the Role

• 2+ years experience in a highly technical role at a hyper-growth startup or fast-paced company.
• Extensive background in designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving the software.
• Good understanding of Node.js & Javascript ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals and initiatives into technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of SQL database.
• Demonstrable experience architecting scalable and cost-effective solutions to ensure and support customer growth.
• Understanding of system design and architecture.
• Interest in engaging with the latest technologies and evaluating strategies to keep the Novo technology stack up to date.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams effectively.

• Must be fluent in writing high-quality and error-free content in English.
